{"id":26849,"date":"2024-11-19T16:20:09","date_gmt":"2024-11-19T16:20:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/?p=26849"},"modified":"2024-11-19T16:20:10","modified_gmt":"2024-11-19T16:20:10","slug":"absence-dempathie-et-greenwashing-un-sacre-cocktail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/absence-dempathie-et-greenwashing-un-sacre-cocktail\/","title":{"rendered":"Absence d\u2019empathie et greenwashing, un sacr\u00e9 cocktail\u00a0!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tout est bon pour certaines stations de ski pour se refaire une sant\u00e9 sur le dos des clients&nbsp;: r\u00e9cemment, j\u2019\u00e9voquais le greenwashing&nbsp;du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grand-massif.com\/plan-sobriete-energetique\/\">Grand Massif<\/a>, je vais continuer avec eux, juste pour souligner combien leur conduite est loin d\u2019\u00eatre exemplaire \u2013 alors que d\u2019autres stations sont plus sympas&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les skieurs connaissent bien ce que l\u2019on nomme les jours blancs, quand un \u00e9pais brouillard s\u2019installe sur la montagne et que tout semble envelopp\u00e9 d\u2019un manteau blanc&nbsp;: impossible d\u2019appr\u00e9cier les distances, les pentes et les reliefs des pistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les daltoniens, cela se complique d\u2019un <em>\u00ab&nbsp;<\/em><em>mal du ski&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;ils souffrent d\u2019une perte d\u2019\u00e9quilibre, ont le sentiment que tout tourne autour d\u2019eux&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, comme le souligne <a href=\"https:\/\/sante.lefigaro.fr\/article\/le-mal-de-ski-un-mal-de-mer-a-la-neige#:~:text=Un%20%C3%A9pais%20brouillard%20s'installe,est%20bien%20connu%20en%20montagne\">Le Figaro<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daltonien moi-m\u00eame, \u00e7a m\u2019est arriv\u00e9 deux fois&nbsp;: \u00e0 Chamonix il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, et cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 Morillon, sur le Grand Massif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Chamonix, j\u2019ai me suis senti pris de vertige sur les pistes du Br\u00e9vent, pas loin d\u2019un chalet de secours&nbsp;: un secouriste m\u2019a gentiment invit\u00e9 \u00e0 me reposer, puis comme je n\u2019\u00e9tais pas tr\u00e8s vaillant, il m\u2019a propos\u00e9 de me redescendre en motoneige au bas des pistes, tout cela avec le sourire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Grand Massif, quand le brouillard a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 tomber, j\u2019ai voulu anticiper et rentrer en ville&nbsp;\u2026 sauf que le t\u00e9l\u00e9si\u00e8ge ad\u00e9quat \u00e9tant ferm\u00e9 (voir <a href=\"http:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/ski-et-greenwashing\/\">mon post pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/a>), j\u2019ai d\u00fb forcer \u2026 et rebelotte&nbsp;: mal du ski&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame sc\u00e9nario&nbsp;: j\u2019avise un chalet de secours&nbsp;et demande \u00e0 me reposer quelques instants&nbsp;; ma femme, qui m\u2019accompagne, aura le droit de m\u2019attendre \u2026 debout&nbsp;! Sympa&nbsp;! Les secouristes me prennent la tension, me prennent la tension \u00e0 nouveau, me prennent la tension \u00e0 nouveau \u2026 on aurait dit des stagiaires qui cherchaient \u00e0 passer le temps, manifestement, ils n\u2019avaient pas lu le Figaro Sant\u00e9 et ne connaissaient rien au mal du ski&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au bout d\u2019un certain temps, je r\u00e9cup\u00e8re et voil\u00e0 qu\u2019on me propose de me redescendre, non pas au d\u00e9part des pistes, mais en haut des cabines&nbsp;: toujours mieux que rien \u2026 sauf qu\u2019arriv\u00e9 l\u00e0-bas (allez, 5 minutes de traineau \u00e0 tout casser&nbsp;!), \u00e7a fait 700 euros&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si, si, vous avez bien lu&nbsp;: 700 euros&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je conteste un peu aupr\u00e8s de la Mairie de Morillon qui m\u2019envoie la facture&nbsp;: la r\u00e9ponse arrive rapidement pleine d\u2019empathie sous la forme de la photo d\u2019un panneau d\u2019affichage en bas des pistes, avec ce commentaire du Chef des Pistes&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Il est bien indiqu\u00e9 au niveau de tous les acc\u00e8s du Domaine Skiable que les secours sont payants [\u2026] Donc le fait, que les pisteurs n\u2019aient pas inform\u00e9s \u00e0 M. Fran\u00e7ois Laurent que les frais de secours \u00e9taient payants ne peut \u00eatre retenue comme un argument n\u00e9cessaire et suffisant&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grand Massif 0 \u2013 Chamonix 1, y\u2019a pas photo&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour clore l\u2019histoire, je transmets la facture \u00e0 mon assureur qui me r\u00e9pond en ces termes\u00a0: on sait que c\u2019est une arnaque, mais on paie\u00a0!
