Bien s\u00fbr, la RATP n\u2019est pas le seul transporteur \u00e0 manquer de chauffeurs&nbsp;: j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9voqu\u00e9 le cas de <a href=\"http:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/transdev-pour-vous-faire-hair-le-bus\/\">Transdev<\/a>, qui annulaient des trajets les uns apr\u00e8s les autres sans jamais pr\u00e9venir les banlieusards en rade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais \u00e0 faire des campagnes de pub aussi dissonantes, entre une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u00e9solante et des promesses non tenues&nbsp;: le malheureux usager se dit qu\u2019ils feraient mieux d\u2019investir dans une am\u00e9lioration des services que dans des affiches mensong\u00e8res&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 l\u2019on parle d\u2019un ancien premier ministre pour prendre les rennes de la r\u00e9gie \u2013 et o\u00f9 les m\u00e9dias se r\u00e9pandent sur tous les manquements de l\u2019entreprise \u2013 une telle campagne para\u00eet bien peu cr\u00e9dible&nbsp;: peut-\u00eatre la premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 r\u00e9former \u00e0 la RATP serait le service communication \u2013 et virer son agence&nbsp;: on sent des experts qui planent dans la stratosph\u00e8re, et se gavent de concepts cens\u00e9s \u00eatre g\u00e9niaux, alors qu\u2019ils feraient mieux de redescendre sur terre \u2013 et m\u00eame sous terre \u2013 pour comprendre la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du quotidien de ceux qui, in fine, les paient&nbsp;!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2026 ou plus simplement Mission washing&nbsp;?
