Je flashe et tombe sur une page pas vraiment calibr\u00e9e pour les myopes et les presbytes \u2013 pardon, pour les personnes \u00e0 acuit\u00e9 visuelle r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Cliquez pour acc\u00e9der au site Web&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;: je clique, esp\u00e9rant d\u00e9couvrir un menu un peu plus lisible \u2026 que nenni&nbsp;! Mais je re\u00e7ois un SMS \u00e9trange&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Bienvenue sur www.chipstime.fr &#8211; Vos identifiants : graders39@chipstime.fr &#8211; Mot de passe : 9748&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a se mange&nbsp;? Je demande au serveur que <em>\u00ab&nbsp;ce c\u2019est que ce truc&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> qui s\u2019affiche quand le flashe le QR Code du <em>Rural by Marc Veyrat<\/em>&nbsp;: le serveur n\u2019en a rien \u00e0 battre \u2013 vous ai-je dit que les serveurs n\u2019\u00e9taient pas des plus sympas&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nouveau SMS, d\u2019Orange&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Votre abonnement \u00e0 Chipstime (0,00 EUR pendant 1 semaine puis 2,99 EUR\/semaine) est pris en compte&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est quoi, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chipstime.fr\/\">Chipstime<\/a>, et \u00e7a sert \u00e0 quoi&nbsp;? Plus tard, apr\u00e8s avoir annul\u00e9 cet abonnement \u00e0 la fois intrusif \u2013 rien \u00e0 f*** de ce truc quand on d\u00e9jeune avec des amis au restaurant \u2013 et inutile \u2013 puisque jusqu\u2019alors j\u2019ignorais m\u00eame jusqu\u2019\u00e0 son existence, je d\u00e9couvre qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une <em>\u00ab&nbsp;plateforme de streaming et VOD fran\u00e7aise, rassemblant 19 cha\u00eenes de TV payantes et une s\u00e9lection de s\u00e9ries accessibles en VOD&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2,99 \u20ac par semaine, \u00e7a coute plus cher que Netflix, Disney+ ou Amazon Prime \u2026 pour un service qui ne me semble pas des plus attractifs&nbsp;: on comprend qu\u2019ils privil\u00e9gient ce syst\u00e8me de retape \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne \u2013 un peu le pied dans la porte des vendeurs d\u2019aspirateurs&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lire les commentaires sur les forums des op\u00e9rateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9com, je ne suis pas le seul \u00e0 m\u2019\u00eatre fait pi\u00e9ger \u2013 heureusement, j\u2019ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 r\u00e9silier rapidement, mais ce n\u2019est pas le cas de tout le monde&nbsp;! Tout \u00e7a sent l\u2019arnaque&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Epingl\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.fr\/votre-argent\/infini-kids-abo-des-clients-de-bouygues-sfr-et-orange-se-plaignent-detre-abonnes-doffice-par-mobile-media-com-1283797\">Capital<\/a>, <strong>Mobile Media Com<\/strong> s\u2019est fendue d\u2019un droit de r\u00e9ponse expliquant \u00eatre dans les clous&nbsp;:<em> \u00ab&nbsp;Cet abonnement (sans engagement) fait ensuite l&rsquo;objet de deux SMS d&rsquo;information \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur (un de l&rsquo;\u00e9diteur et un de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur). Les op\u00e9rateurs finalisent la souscription de l&rsquo;abonnement en recueillant le consentement, facturent et assurent le recouvrement des abonnements aupr\u00e8s des utilisateurs via leur solution de paiement Internet+&nbsp;\u00bb <\/em>\u2026 ce qui est totalement mensonger&nbsp;: Orange et Mobile Media Com m\u2019ont inform\u00e9 que j\u2019\u00e9tais mon abonnement \u00e9tait<em> \u00ab&nbsp;pris en compte&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, sans qu\u2019on ne me demande jamais de confirmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui me g\u00eane le plus, c\u2019est que des op\u00e9rateurs comme Orange, Bouygues ou SFR cautionne un tel syst\u00e8me&nbsp;: il y aura toujours des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s <em>border line<\/em> sur la toile, mais \u00e7a serait bien que les entreprises plus <em>\u00ab&nbsp;s\u00e9rieuses&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> ne leur fournissent pas un pi\u00e9destal&nbsp;!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e9cemment je d\u00e9jeune au Rural by Marc Veyrat, dans l\u2019enceinte du Palais des Congr\u00e8s \u2013 pas pour la nourriture, assez quelconque \u2026 et en portions congrues \u2013 mais simplement parce qu\u2019avec les travaux qui pullulent dans le quartier, c\u2019\u00e9tait la solution la plus pratique.
