Car la publicit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas d\u00e9clarative \u2013 les non s\u00e9mioticiens me pardonneront mon jargon \u2013, elle est performative&nbsp;; pour faire plus simple&nbsp;: elle ne dit pas ce qui est est, mais ce que l\u2019annonceur souhaite qu\u2019il soit&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pour ce dernier, c\u2019est clair&nbsp;: la profession d\u2019auxiliaires de vie est tr\u00e8s majoritairement f\u00e9minine, c\u2019est sa vision, et il souhaite majoritairement recruter des femmes&nbsp;; \u00ab&nbsp;<em>manquements dans l\u2019information pr\u00e9contractuelle&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> ou encore&nbsp;:&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;clauses abusives dans les contrats&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui pose un grave probl\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9thique \u00e0 deux niveaux&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Des franchis\u00e9s, qui souhaitent rapidement rentrer dans leurs fonds apr\u00e8s avoir investi entre 50 et 100 K\u20ac pour ouvrir boutique&nbsp;;<\/li><li>Des franchiseurs, qui ne pensent qu\u2019\u00e0 couvrir le plus rapidement possible le territoire national, ne serait-ce que bloquer l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la concurrence.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 l\u2019on pr\u00f4ne la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprise, il semble que le secteur des services \u00e0 la personne devrait commencer \u00e0 la faire le m\u00e9nage devant sa porte avant d\u2019aller le faire chez les s\u00e9niors&nbsp;!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Y aurait-il encore des m\u00e9tiers qui ne s\u2019\u00e9crivent qu\u2019au f\u00e9minin \u2013 ou tr\u00e8s majoritairement au f\u00e9minin&nbsp;: cela semble le cas pour le \u00ab&nbsp;R\u00e9seau national d&rsquo;agences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;aide \u00e0 domicile pour les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00bb Petits-fils, du moins \u00e0 en croire leur derni\u00e8re campagne d\u2019affichage.
