Je suis consultant ind\u00e9pendant, donc mon \u00e9quipe, c\u2019est \u2026 moi tout seul&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me, c\u2019est que les Jordan et autres Martin, que je ne connais ni de pr\u00e8s, ni de loin, et qui m\u2019abreuvent de mails inutiles \u2013 mais l\u00e0, ils ne sont pas les seuls \u2013 et me traquent parce que je n\u2019y r\u00e9ponds pas \u2013 et l\u00e0, heureusement, ils sont plus rares \u2013 feraient mieux de se pencher sur mon profil avant de balancer leurs courriels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proposer des conseils en marketing \u00e0 un expert \u2013 enfin, c\u2019est ce que je pr\u00e9tends \u00eatre \u2013 en marketing, c\u2019est juste proposer une tarte \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 un p\u00e2tissier \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En B2B, soit on propose des chaises pour des salles de conf\u00e9rence \u2013 et l\u00e0, on peut se permettre d\u2019inonder, on est assez proche du B2C \u2013, soit on fait dans le conseil plus sur mesure \u2013 et l\u00e0, on cherche \u00e0 savoir \u00e0 qui on s\u2019adresse avant \u2026 et surtout, avant de relancer&nbsp;: sinon, la cible commence \u00e0 se sentir harcel\u00e9e, et il y a mieux pour engendrer un climat de confiance propice au business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le vieux truc du pied dans la porte ne fonctionne gu\u00e8re \u2013 ou plut\u00f4t pas du tout \u2013 en B2B&nbsp;: quelquefois on tombe sur quelqu\u2019un qui s\u2019ennuie et cherche aussi \u00e0 nouer le dialogue, mais pas s\u00fbr que \u00e7a d\u00e9bouche sur quelque-chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui marche mieux, c\u2019est \u2013 avant de commencer \u00e0 exploiter des leads \u2013 de commencer par d\u00e9velopper une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019inbound marketing \u2013 pour faire simple, se faire conna\u00eetre en diffusant aupr\u00e8s des cibles de contenus de qualit\u00e9 \u2013 et de v\u00e9rifier ensuite \u00e0 qui on s\u2019adresse, pour \u00e9viter de tragiques impairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au lieu de \u00e7a, de nombreux intervenants<em> \u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9cup\u00e8rent&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> vaille que vaille des adresses mails un peu comme certains p\u00eacheurs laissent d\u00e9river de gigantesques filets pour vider la mer de ses poissons&nbsp;; mais ce n\u2019est pas plus responsable que la p\u00eache aux filets d\u00e9rivant&nbsp;: il serait temps que le respect de ses clients et prospects s\u2019installe aussi en B2B&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autant que le risque de chocs en retour n\u2019est pas nul&nbsp;: s\u2019il est parfois long de se construire un <em>personal branding<\/em> \u2013 pour les consultants \u2013 ou une r\u00e9putation \u2013 pour les entreprises \u2013 positifs, il est tout aussi rapide de se les ruiner, car les prospects irrit\u00e9s peuvent aussi rapidement se muer en influenceurs \u00e0 charge&nbsp;: c\u2019est fou ce que les <em>\u00ab&nbsp;bons tuyaux&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> peuvent circuler vite dans les couloirs d\u2019un congr\u00e8s ou d\u2019un salon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, faites-vous conna\u00eetre en publiant des contenus de qualit\u00e9, ou en intervenant lors de colloques, puis v\u00e9rifiez soigneusement la qualit\u00e9 des fichiers que vous allez utiliser avant de partir en qu\u00eate de leads&nbsp;; et si par la suite vous vous lancez dans une approche plus directe, prenez le temps d\u2019identifier qui est la personne \u00e0 qui vous allez vous adresser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est tout la diff\u00e9rence entre le <em>hard selling<\/em> massif et un <em>social selling<\/em> bien organis\u00e9&nbsp;; et se situe dans le champ des relations humaines, pas celui de la chasse&nbsp;!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lundi matin, j\u2019ouvre ma boite aux lettres et tombent en cascade ces relances \u00e0 des mails auxquels je n\u2019ai pas r\u00e9pondu parce que je n\u2019\u00e9tais nullement int\u00e9ress\u00e9&nbsp;: je parle de B2B, pas de spams pour les genouill\u00e8res miracles et autres remonte-escaliers&nbsp;!
