En 2009 je quitte mon poste de CEO de <em>Screenvision<\/em> (filiale Europ\u00e9enne de <em>Thomson Multimedia<\/em> et d\u2019<em>ITV<\/em>) pour faire un tour du monde pendant une ann\u00e9e. A mon retour, je cr\u00e9e la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <em>SEVE International<\/em>, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le conseil en strat\u00e9gie et la formation. C\u2019est le d\u00e9but de l\u2019aventure entrepreneuriale.10 ans apr\u00e8s, je c\u00e8de mes participations dans <em>SEVE International<\/em> pour rejoindre l\u2019aventure <strong>Celloz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MarketingIsDead :<\/strong><em>Tu as ensuite particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la fondation de Celloz&nbsp;: c\u2019est quoi exactement Celloz&nbsp;?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean-Michel Gillibert&nbsp;:<\/strong> <em>Celloz<\/em> a mis au point un mat\u00e9riau de construction \u00e9co-responsable, enti\u00e8rement biosourc\u00e9. L\u2019innovation fait l\u2019objet de deux brevets internationaux. La startup a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une premi\u00e8re lev\u00e9e de fonds d\u00e9but 2020 et se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 commercialiser ses premiers produits destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la toiture pour abri de jardin sous la marque <strong>Tuil\u2019up<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MarketingIsDead :<\/strong><em>Peux-tu expliquer ce qui a motiv\u00e9 ce changement&nbsp;? La crise sanitaire a-t-elle jou\u00e9 dans tes d\u00e9cisions&nbsp;?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean-Michel Gillibert&nbsp;:<\/strong> Chez <em>Celloz<\/em>, nous croyons en l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire et nous militons pour une approche de la construction qui soit plus respectueuse de l\u2019environnement (moindre consommation de ressources naturelles non renouvelables, empreinte carbone limit\u00e9e, suppression de la production de d\u00e9chets non recyclables).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai rencontr\u00e9 l\u2019inventeur de la technologie <em>Celloz<\/em> en 2017, je l\u2019ai accompagn\u00e9 pendant trois ans dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration de sa strat\u00e9gie. Puis j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de consacrer 100% de mon activit\u00e9 professionnelle au d\u00e9veloppement de ce formidable projet, en phase avec mes convictions personnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La crise sanitaire a d\u00e9cal\u00e9 notre arriv\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 et a ralenti notre progression. Mais elle nous a \u00e9galement confort\u00e9 dans certains de nos choix et de nos d\u00e9cisions. Nous nous inscrivons dans une approche plus responsable de la production et de la consommation. Nous venons d\u2019ailleurs, \u00e0 ce titre de recevoir le label de la fondation <em>Solar Impulse<\/em> qui reconna\u00eet les alternatives vertueuses \u00e9cologiquement et viables \u00e9conomiquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MarketingIsDead :<\/strong><em>Et comment envisages-tu l\u2019avenir&nbsp;?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean-Michel Gillibert&nbsp;:<\/strong> Je suis plut\u00f4t optimiste quant \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. De plus en plus d\u2019individus, d\u2019entreprises prennent conscience de l\u2019urgence \u00e9cologique.
