ind\u00e9pendants dont l&rsquo;offre r\u00e9pond aux besoins des\nprofessionnels de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nementiel, de la communication et du marketing notamment&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;:\nall\u00e9chant, non&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je clique sur le lien et d\u00e9barque sur\nla page d\u2019accueil de ladite n\u00e9obanque \u2026 qui me d\u00e9clare tout de go&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Afin d\u2019optimiser votre exp\u00e9rience, ce\nsite utilise des cookies, que vous acceptez en poursuivant votre navigation&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;<\/em>;\navec un petit lien pour <em>\u00ab&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.qonto.eu\/hc\/fr\/articles\/115001655229-Politique-d-Utilisation-des-Cookies\">en\nsavoir plus<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et l\u00e0, notre plateforme, nous pouvons \u00eatre amen\u00e9s, sous r\u00e9serve\nde vos choix, \u00e0 installer divers cookies dans votre terminal&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suit la liste, qui va de <em>Google Analytics<\/em> \u00e0 <em>MailChimp<\/em> en passant bien \u00e9videmment par <em>Facebook Ads<\/em> et autres <em>Linkedin\nInsight Tag<\/em>, etc.&nbsp;: de quoi se faire, pour la Tel serait\nle cas si vous tentiez d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 nos contenus ou services qui n\u00e9cessitent de\nvous identifier&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant que dit la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnil.fr\/fr\/cookies-comment-mettre-mon-site-web-en-conformite\">Cnil<\/a>\n? <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Avant de d\u00e9poser ou lire un\ncookie, les \u00e9diteurs de sites ou d&rsquo;applications doivent :<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em>Informer\nles internautes de la finalit\u00e9 des cookies,<\/em><\/li><li><em>Obtenir\nleur consentement,<\/em><\/li><li><em>Fournir\naux internautes un moyen de les refuser&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Renvoyer les internautes \u00e0 leur\nnavigateur apr\u00e8s la lecture de fastidieuses pages de conditions juridiques correspond-il\nbien \u00e0 l\u2019esprit de ce qu\u2019\u00e9crit le <em>Cnil<\/em>&nbsp;?\nPas s\u00fbr \u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bref, au lieu d\u2019offrir un choix simple\net clair aux internautes, <em>Qonto<\/em> fait tout\npour son possible pour les dissuader de refuser ses cookies&nbsp;: et c\u2019est le jackpot&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Car vous vous trouvez \u2013 enfin, si vous\ndevenez client de <em>\u00ab&nbsp;la n\u00e9obanque des\nentreprises et des ind\u00e9pendants&nbsp;\u00bb <\/em>\u2013 face \u00e0 un fournisseur qui conna\u00eet\ntout de vous&nbsp;: non seulement vos donn\u00e9es de navigation mais aussi \u2026 <strong>vos finances<\/strong>&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je r\u00e9ponds donc \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9diteur du communiqu\u00e9\nde presse&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Etre une n\u00e9obanque\nn\u2019emp\u00eache pas de respecter une certaine \u00e9thique et ses clients. Votre gestion\ndes cookies n\u2019est gu\u00e8re respectueuse, et m\u00eame en limite de conformit\u00e9 par\nrapport au RGPD : en fait, elle fonctionne comme une pompe \u00e0 donn\u00e9es, qui\ncrois\u00e9es avec les donn\u00e9es financi\u00e8res que vous aurez par ailleurs, risque de se\nr\u00e9v\u00e9ler particuli\u00e8rement intrusive pour ne pas dire malhonn\u00eate&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retour offusqu\u00e9 de l\u2019agence de\ncommunication&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Il n\u2019y a\naucune malhonn\u00eatet\u00e9 de mon c\u00f4t\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> \u2026 sans doute \u2026 quoique \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soit l\u2019agence de RP s\u2019est livr\u00e9 \u00e0 la\nm\u00eame analyse que moi sur la gestion des cookies mise en place par son client \u2026\net dans ce cas elle devient son complice&nbsp;; soit elle ne l\u2019a pas fait, et elle\nme semble bien na\u00efve&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, les startups,\navec leur besoin absolu de grandir vite, tr\u00e8s vite, ne me semblent pas plus,\nsinon moins, vertueuses que les entreprises traditionnelles&nbsp;: dans le <em>\u00ab&nbsp;monde de l\u2019apr\u00e8s&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> qui\ndevrait se construire aujourd\u2019hui, on pourrait esp\u00e9rer mieux&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quant \u00e0 savoir si Qonto se r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e0\nl\u2019usage une aussi bonne banque que \u00e7a, petit tour sur le Web&nbsp;: bien s\u00fbr,\nil convient de n\u00e9gliger les sites sens\u00e9s d\u00e9livrer des avis objectifs \u2013 et qui ne\nrecopient que les communiqu\u00e9s de presse&nbsp;! \u2013 et rendez-vous sur les forums\nd\u2019entrepreneurs et autres freelances&nbsp;: et l\u00e0, \u00e7a se corse, surtout si descends\ndans le fil des discussions du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des clients les plus anciens&nbsp;: <a href=\"https:\/\/forum.pragmaticentrepreneurs.com\/t\/retour-dexperiences-qonto\/9685\/40\">forum.pragmaticentrepreneurs.com<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un petit coup d\u2019\u0153il sur les tarifs\npropos\u00e9s et l\u00e0 encore, j\u2019ai quelques doutes&nbsp;: ma banque personnelle \u2013 une <em>\u00ab&nbsp;on ne peut plus traditionnelle&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>\n\u2013 offre plus de services pour moins cher&nbsp;!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il n\u2019y a pas de raison pour que les startups ne soient pas \u00e0 l\u2019honneur dans cette rubrique&nbsp;!
