Il est\ncrucial de comprendre les besoins et comportement des consommateurs locaux, et\nd\u2019identifier les tendances cl\u00e9s d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et de demain, pour proposer des\nplans d\u2019action pertinents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois&nbsp;:<\/strong> <em>Comment\nd\u00e9finirais-tu tes relations avec ceux qui t\u2019encadrent, qu\u2019en attends-tu&nbsp;?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai toujours eu d\u2019excellentes\nrelations avec mes managers, avec le bon \u00e9quilibre entre la confiance et le\ncoaching. La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z est \u00e0 la recherche de\nsens, aime se sentir utile en apportant sa pierre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9difice donc cette\nfonction de plus en plus strat\u00e9gique a des atouts pour les attirer !
