Huit d\u2019entre eux sont venus t\u00e9moigner lors de la derni\u00e8re <strong>Journ\u00e9e Nationale des Etudes Adetem\/Uda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour prolonger les d\u00e9bats, ils ont accept\u00e9 de jouer le jeu d\u2019un rapide interview\u00a0: voici les r\u00e9ponses de <strong>Nathalie Folcher<\/strong>, Directrice d&rsquo;Etudes chez CSA Qualitative.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Quelle est la chose la plus importante pour toi dans ta vie, ce qui te motive le plus\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tu poses deux questions qui se rejoignent : d\u00e9couvrir c\u2019est important, apprendre cela motive. Ceci n\u2019est sans doute pas tr\u00e8s original, mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 c\u2019est un sacr\u00e9 moteur qui \u00e9vite de trop rester attentiste, qui permet d\u2019aller de l\u2019avant, de progresser, parfois dans la difficult\u00e9. Je crois que la motivation essentielle de mon m\u00e9tier, de mon quotidien chez CSA, c\u2019est la vari\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0: la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des clients et de leurs probl\u00e9matiques, la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des cultures, la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des situations. Cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9e par nos clients, par mes clients. Ils se posent de vraies questions qu\u2019il faut instruire avec eux. Ils ont un immense savoir, et de notre c\u00f4t\u00e9, nous arrivons avec nos m\u00e9thodes, nos exp\u00e9riences, un regard parfois diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est cette confrontation des id\u00e9es qui est g\u00e9niale. Plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, ce sont toutes ces relations avec les annonceurs, avec les vrais gens qu\u2019il y a derri\u00e8re toutes ces marques et institutions qui enrichissent le quotidien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Que regard portes-tu sur le marketing en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et les \u00e9tudes marketing en particulier\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Je r\u00e9pondrai davantage sur les \u00e9tudes, qui sont une magnifique mati\u00e8re vivante. Chez CSA, nous avons une super palette d\u2019outils quali, quanti, data, et nous pratiquons un beau m\u00e9tier qui permet de rencontrer et d\u2019interroger de vrais consommateurs ou prospects dans des situations tr\u00e8s humaines et authentiques.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s, je constate tout de m\u00eame que tous les mouvements de consommation, la vie des produits et services, tout cela va tr\u00e8s vite, sans doute trop par moment. Nous ne devons pas oublier de ralentir de temps en temps, pour ne pas g\u00e2cher toute la dimension intellectuelle de notre m\u00e9tier, ou du marketing plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Comment d\u00e9finirais-tu tes relations avec ceux qui t\u2019encadrent, qu\u2019en attends-tu\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tout simplement que l\u2019on travaille bien ensemble et avec nos clients ! Je crois que nous sommes majoritaires \u00e0 vouloir un management tout en bienveillance et en partage. Si mon manager s\u2019inscrit dans cette optique de transmission, mais aussi d\u2019innovation, alors, je suis ravie\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Comment entrevois-tu l\u2019avenir, avec notamment l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de le Gen Z\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On est toujours le jeune et le vieux de quelqu\u2019un : il y a eu ceux qui ont connu Mai 68 et les autres. Idem pour la guerre ou l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019Internet. Et pourtant, cela n\u2019a jamais emp\u00each\u00e9 tous ces gens de travailler ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, oui, la Gen Z est totalement digital native et a un smartphone greff\u00e9 ou bout du bras. Sans doute, elle sera imm\u00e9diatement famili\u00e8re d\u2019une forme de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 au travail ou d\u2019un comportement plus zappeur encore.<\/p>\n<p>Mais on trouve, des X, des Y et toutes les lettres de l\u2019alphabet qui ont la m\u00eame envie de d\u00e9crypter les consommateurs. Donc, les Z arrivent et c\u2019est tr\u00e8s bien !
