Cela passe n\u00e9cessairement par la compr\u00e9hension des besoins : quel que soit le nombre de pivots n\u00e9cessaires pour y arriver, toutes les m\u00e9thodes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 th\u00e9oris\u00e9es (lean management, start-up d\u2019Etat, agile, design thinking etc.) se basent sur l\u2019observation et la compr\u00e9hension, dans des boucles it\u00e9ratives rapides dans lesquelles la validation vient toujours du terrain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Les startups\/nouveaux acteurs sont-ils des ennemis ou des cibles pour les entreprises traditionnelles ?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Cantat\u00a0: <\/strong>Elles sont surtout des aiguillons et des sources d\u2019inspiration, lorsque les entreprises traditionnelles ont tendance \u00e0 trop s\u2019endormir sur leurs lauriers, ou\u00a0 \u00e0 trop vouloir exploiter un avantage concurrentiel au d\u00e9triment des consommateurs (ce qui risque de devenir un <em>\u00ab\u00a0irritant\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> que d\u2019autres viendront <em>\u00ab\u00a0soigner\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, absorber les comp\u00e9tences d\u2019une start-up peut \u00eatre une r\u00e9ponse rapide et efficace pour certaines entreprises, lorsqu\u2019elles en ont la possibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0: <\/strong><em>Finalement, de tout ce bouleversement du paysage \u00e9conomique :<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Le consommateur y trouve-t-il son compte ?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Le citoyen y trouve-t-il son compte ?<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Cantat\u00a0:<\/strong> Oui, le consommateur y trouve son compte puisque finalement, cette stimulation en gendre une saine \u00e9mulation, fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019essence m\u00eame du marketing.
