Et Hackers\u00a0: parce qu\u2019on le fait en <em>\u00ab\u00a0gentil hackers\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> : on utilise les raccourcis, le num\u00e9rique, pour arriver rapidement \u00e0 monter nos projets. Dans notre collectif\u00a0: chacun peut prendre des initiatives, pas besoin de copil, codir qui durent des heures sans d\u00e9cision\u00a0J.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MarketingIsDead.net\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Un Hackathon, aujourd\u2019hui tout le monde conna\u00eet, c\u2019est m\u00eame tr\u00e8s \u00ab\u00a0tendance\u00a0\u00bb, mais pourquoi ce th\u00e8me\u00a0: Femmes et entreprenariat\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Emmanuelle Jardat\u00a0:<\/strong> Oui les Hackathons sont tendance, m\u00eame si je ne suis pas s\u00fbre que tout le monde ait eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 un hackathon au moins une fois\u00a0: cela vaut le coup\u00a0! Jetez-vous \u00e0 l\u2019eau\u00a0! Pourquoi le th\u00e8me\u00a0? car encore aujourd\u2019hui tr\u00e8s peu de startup, tr\u00e8s peu de projet d\u2019intraprenariat aussi, au sein des entreprises, sont port\u00e9s par des femmes. Cela oscille entre 16 et 20%. Ensuite, je suis intimement persuad\u00e9e que les femmes peuvent apporter beaucoup, car souvent leur id\u00e9es de projets sont tr\u00e8s sociales, humaines, compl\u00e8tes, respectueuses de tous et de la plan\u00e8te aussi\u00a0: cela remettrait justement plus de yin dans un monde de startuppeur tr\u00e8s yang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MarketingIsDead.net\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Tu es \u00e9galement \u00ab\u00a0Innovation and CSR Directeur\u00a0\u00bb chez Orange\u00a0: comment tu conjugues ces diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Emmanuelle Jardat\u00a0:<\/strong> Les hackathons organis\u00e9s par WHAT sont en partenariat avec Orange et les laur\u00e9ats peuvent gagner des prix, des accompagnements, notamment avec les \u00e9quipes Innovation d\u2019Orange\u00a0J. La RSE a cela de particulier qu\u2019il y a des nombreux projets \u00e0 faire avec l\u2019ensemble de nos parties prenantes\u00a0: c\u2019est exactement ce que l\u2019on fait avec les hackathons. Travailler avec un collectif, des associations, d\u2019autres entreprises, est donc pour Orange une bonne chose\u00a0J. Cela nous permet, du point de vue de la RSE, d\u2019animer l\u2019ecosyst\u00e8me et, du point de vue de l\u2019innovation, de sentir les tendances, de poser les grandes questions sociales et soci\u00e9tales sous l\u2019angle du num\u00e9rique, de d\u00e9tecter des projets et futurs startuppers\/startuppeuses innovants\/tes aussi\u00a0!
