R\u00e9seaux sociaux, communaut\u00e9s en ligne, sites de partage, blogs, n\u2019effraient plus les marketeurs B2B autant qu\u2019ils le faisaient \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque pas si lointaine o\u00f9 Yann Gourvennec, Fran\u00e7ois Laurent ou moi vantions les m\u00e9rites du web social pour des usages professionnels aupr\u00e8s des entreprises. Pour cela, un concept tend \u00e0 se populariser depuis quelques mois\u00a0: celui du \u00ab\u00a0Social selling\u00a0\u00bb. Popularis\u00e9 par LinkedIn, ce concept consiste \u00e0 utiliser les r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des forces de vente. Cela semble ais\u00e9, mais encore faut-il ne pas proc\u00e9der n\u2019importe comment.<\/p>\n<p>Le \u00ab\u00a0Social selling\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019appuie sur trois grands principes. Le premier, c\u2019est de travailler son \u00ab\u00a0Personal branding\u00a0\u00bb, sa marque professionnelle sur les r\u00e9seaux. Autrement dit, de transformer son CV en ligne en un profil qui pr\u00e9sente clairement et avantageusement les raisons de travailler avec vous. Le second, c\u2019est de ma\u00eetriser le moteur de recherche\u00a0: LinkedIn est une base de plus de 400 millions de profils qui peuvent servir \u00e0 qualifier un lead, la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019un contact, ou de pr\u00e9parer un rendez-vous.
