{"id":25114,"date":"2016-09-14T10:14:38","date_gmt":"2016-09-14T10:14:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/?p=25114"},"modified":"2016-09-14T10:14:38","modified_gmt":"2016-09-14T10:14:38","slug":"proces-de-communication","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/proces-de-communication\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Proc\u00e8s de la communication\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><del><\/del>Lundi soir, j\u2019assistais au <strong>Proc\u00e8s de la communication<\/strong>\u00a0: l\u2019audience, organis\u00e9e par Thierry Wellhoff pour le lancement de son livre \u00e9ponyme, se d\u00e9roulait dans un bar branch\u00e9 de\u00a0la capitale, loin des salles inconfortables du Palais de Justice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MarketingIsDead :<\/strong> <em>Pourquoi faire un livre sur la communication ? <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thierry Wellhoff\u00a0:<\/strong> J&rsquo;ai \u00e9crit un livre sur la communication parce que j&rsquo;exerce ce m\u00e9tier depuis une quarantaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es maintenant et j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 frapp\u00e9 par le fait que ce sujet suscite souvent de tels commentaires\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Ah oui \u2026 Mais toi t&rsquo;es dans la com\u00a0\u00bb, en sous-entendant \u00ab\u00a0ce que tu fais n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieux, pas tr\u00e8s important \u2026\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0 Ce ne serait pas un vrai m\u00e9tier (sic). Cette r\u00e9flexion m&rsquo;a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 m&rsquo;interroger plus globalement sur la position de la communication dans l&rsquo;esprit des gens. Que signifie la communication pour le grand public\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>La communication fait l\u2019objet de trois grands reproches : la superficialit\u00e9, la manipulation et la pollution. Bien s\u00fbr la communication n&rsquo;est pas sans exc\u00e8s, sans erreur, mais le probl\u00e8me essentiel est qu&rsquo;on ne parle de la communication qu&rsquo;au\u00a0 travers de ses exc\u00e8s. Un petit peu comme si on parlait des m\u00e9tiers de la sant\u00e9 pour n&rsquo;\u00e9voquer que des erreurs m\u00e9dicales, des scandales sanitaires &#8230; Cela existe bien s\u00fbr mais est ce qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;avise pour autant de dire\u00a0 que les m\u00e9tiers de la sant\u00e9 ne seraient pas un bienfait\u00a0? Non, bien \u00e9videmment.<\/p>\n<p>Pour autant qui est spontan\u00e9ment pr\u00eat \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre que la communication est un bienfait\u00a0? Bienfait pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie bien entendu, mais aussi bienfait plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et la vie en soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Certes, cela va \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, mais, \u00e0 y regarder de plus pr\u00e8s, on se rend vite compte que la communication est non seulement n\u00e9cessaire mais \u00e9galement souhaitable.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient d\u00e9sormais de faire cesser cette id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue que le monde serait meilleur sans communication. Sans la communication rien n&rsquo;existerait dans le monde. Il n&rsquo;y a pas de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sans communication. Elle est au service des plus belles choses. Pas de Gandhi, de Mandela, de Luther King de s\u0153ur Emmanuelle ou M\u00e8re Theresa et malheureusement il n&rsquo;y aurait pas de Daech sans communication. Sil\u2019 on doit critiquer quelque chose, ce n\u2019est pas la communication mais plut\u00f4t celui qui l&rsquo;utilise, comment et dans quel but.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MarketingIsDead :<\/strong> <em>Pourquoi faire le \u00ab\u00a0proc\u00e8s\u00a0\u00bb de la communication dans ce livre\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thierry Wellhoff\u00a0: <\/strong>Je crois que si j\u2019avais fait un livre sur la communication du type \u00ab\u00a0cette discipline indispensable\u00a0\u00bb, cela n&rsquo;aurait pas retenu l&rsquo;attention de grand monde. Je me suis donc dit, qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;image des hommes politiques qui demandent \u00e0 \u00eatre mis en examen pour pouvoir se d\u00e9fendre, je ferai de m\u00eame pour la communication. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est donc de reprendre les chefs d&rsquo;accusation pour lesquels on la bl\u00e2me : la superficialit\u00e9, la manipulation et la pollution. On essaye donc de la d\u00e9fendre en revisitant celle au service des personnes, des entreprises, de la politique, des ONG, des organisations militantes &#8230; Ce livre se pr\u00e9sente donc sous la forme d&rsquo;un proc\u00e8s, en pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;avocat, de juge, et enfin de grands t\u00e9moins appel\u00e9s \u00e0 la barre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MarketingIsDead :<\/strong> <em>Quel message veux-tu faire passer \u00e0 travers ce livre ?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thierry Wellhoff\u00a0:<\/strong> Je voudrais faire comprendre que l\u2019essentiel de la\u00a0 communication n\u2019est pas dans ses exc\u00e8s mais dans ses bienfaits.
