{"id":25049,"date":"2016-05-17T08:52:17","date_gmt":"2016-05-17T08:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/?p=25049"},"modified":"2016-05-17T08:55:15","modified_gmt":"2016-05-17T08:55:15","slug":"linbound-marketing-selon-stephane-trupheme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/linbound-marketing-selon-stephane-trupheme\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019inbound marketing selon St\u00e9phane Truph\u00e8me"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A l\u2019heure d\u2019Internet et des m\u00e9dias sociaux, le marketing est devenu pour beaucoup de consommateurs synonyme de harc\u00e8lement\u00a0: multiplication des pourriels dans sa boite aux lettres, de SMS intrusifs sur son mobile gr\u00e2ce aux beacons \u2013 en attendant de nouvelles actions plus proches de la gu\u00e9rilla que de l\u2019offre commerciale via les objets connect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les marques perdent leur l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9, par la faute de marketers paresseux, qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent appuyer sur des boutons plut\u00f4t que de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 d\u2019autres strat\u00e9gies moins agressives\u00a0: mais force est de reconna\u00eetre qu\u2019avec son discours militaire, son enseignement ne les a pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 agir autrement.<\/p>\n<p>Avant le Web \u2013 car il fut une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 le Web n\u2019existait pas\u00a0\u2013, le r\u00e9dacteur de marketing direct peaufinait ses messages et le strat\u00e8ge m\u00e9dias choisissait les bons canaux tout cela pour optimiser le retour sur investissement des campagnes\u00a0; d\u00e9sormais on inonde des populations qui n\u2019en peuvent plus de communications tapageuses mais si bon march\u00e9 que sur la masse, il se passera bien quelque-chose.<\/p>\n<p>Les taux de rendement de l\u2019e-mailing publicitaire se sont effondr\u00e9s ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u2013 performance \u00e0 souligner pour un moyen si jeune\u00a0!
