Cela aura pour vertu de nous permettre de recruter via cette structure et de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la formation que les personnels auront re\u00e7ue durant leur p\u00e9riode d\u2019insertion. L\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 du scooter renforce la d\u00e9marche \u00e9thique de notre mod\u00e8le.
