Le \u00ab&nbsp;metaverse&nbsp;\u00bb ne r\u00e9pondait pas \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me r\u00e9el, c\u2019\u00e9tait complexe \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender, on\u00e9reux, et les audiences n\u2019\u00e9taient pas mures. L\u2019issue \u00e9tait donc attendue m\u00eame si j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 l\u2019exploration de ces univers intellectuellement int\u00e9ressante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019AI G\u00e9n\u00e9rative c\u2019est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s l\u2019inverse, m\u00eame si elle soul\u00e8ve d\u2019autres types de questions (l\u00e9gal, \u00e9thique, philosophie, souverainet\u00e9\u2026). C\u2019est simple d\u2019acc\u00e8s, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice se comprend vite, et le ROI peut se mesurer rapidement (j\u2019insiste sur le \u00ab&nbsp;peut&nbsp;\u00bb car ce n\u2019est pas syst\u00e9matique). M\u00e9caniquement, cela change la donne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et quand je dis simple, c\u2019est le premier contact qui est simple. Toutes les questions d\u2019accompagnement au changement, de formation, l\u2019apprentissage de la logique du prompt, des entrainements, la connaissance des outils qui passent l\u2019\u00e9chelle pro sont beaucoup de concepts \u00e0 assimiler rapidement. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que \u00e7a se complique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons eu la chance (ou le nez) de nous y mettre AVANT la sortie de ChatGPT. L\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2022 semble \u00eatre un temps d\u00e9j\u00e0 fort lointain pour l\u2019AI G\u00e9n\u00e9rative. Mais c\u2019est cette mont\u00e9e dans le train avant la pression m\u00e9diatique qui nous a permis d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter sereinement, de comprendre philosophiquement les outils, de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au sujet, et de monter en comp\u00e9tence progressivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne suis pas un grand prospectiviste, mais je sais observer. Et j\u2019observe qu\u2019en 18 mois, des technologies dont on entendait que peu parler avant sont totalement entr\u00e9es dans les routines de nos \u00e9quipes. Que nous avons gagn\u00e9 en productivit\u00e9 et en qualit\u00e9 de production. Et que des choses qui prenaient plusieurs jours (sinon plus) peuvent se faire aujourd\u2019hui en quelques heures. C\u2019est valable pour nous, et pour nos clients qui constatent le m\u00eame mouvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais cet enthousiasme ne doit pas masquer l\u2019absolue n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de se poser les bonnes questions, et donc d\u2019agir en conscience. Agir en conscience ne veut pas dire rien faire tant que le terreau l\u00e9gal n\u2019est pas compl\u00e8tement sec&#8230; mais c\u2019est agir en essayant d\u2019appr\u00e9hender globalement l\u2019enjeu. Et de faire un choix nourri de cette r\u00e9flexion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est-ce par exemple g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une voix synth\u00e9tique c\u2019est bien ou mal. Si l\u2019on est com\u00e9dien de doublage, on r\u00e9pondra probablement que oui, c\u2019est mal. Mais si l\u2019on est cot\u00e9 projet avec des contraintes de couts, on r\u00e9pondra que non, que ce n\u2019est pas si probl\u00e9matique. Difficile d\u2019avoir un avis tranch\u00e9, mais le simple fait de se poser la question est utile. (la question se pose en ces m\u00eames termes pour les autres types de g\u00e9n\u00e9rations via les AIs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tout cas \u00e0 date, on constate que l\u2019AI ne se substitue pas \u00e0 l\u2019expertise m\u00e9tier. Entre un bon contenu AI, et un mauvais contenu AI, c\u2019est l\u2019expert qui choisit lequel retenir. On voit par exemple d\u00e9filer des milliers de visuels typ\u00e9s AI sur Twitter ou Instagram. C\u2019est normal car tout est (globalement) tr\u00e8s beau. Mais il ne faut pas \u00eatre artiste pour faire du beau avec Midjourney. En revanche, il faut \u00eatre artiste pour faire un travail singulier et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi. Quand tout le monde peut faire de l\u2019extraordinaire, l\u2019extraordinaire perd en valeur. Et ce qui restera, c\u2019est la singularit\u00e9 de ce que l\u2019on a produit, ce qui a du sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes ces r\u00e9flexions sont au c\u0153ur de nos pr\u00e9occupations. Plus on pratique, plus on devient humble devant ces outils et les perspectives qu\u2019ils offrent.
