Elle arrive au coin de la rue quand le vigile du magasin l\u2019interpelle et <strong>la tire de force<\/strong> en agrippant son sac \u00e0 main jusque dans le magasin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le montre la photo, la distance entre l\u2019entr\u00e9e du Monoprix et le coin de la rue n\u2019est pas minime&nbsp;: 10 m\u00e8tres environ&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis quand un vigile a-t-il le droit d\u2019agir ainsi dans la rue, surtout sans preuve manifeste de vol&nbsp;? Contr\u00f4le qui s&rsquo;est par la suite effectu\u00e9 dans le calme&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A plusieurs m\u00e8tres de la sortie <strong>DANS LA RUE<\/strong> ! Je demande donc de me pr\u00e9ciser de quel droit un agent de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 peut-il contraindre une personne qui est dans la rue \u00e0 rentrer dans le magasin ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9ponse de Monoprix : <em>\u00ab Notre agent de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a interpell\u00e9 par 3 fois la cliente sans r\u00e9action de sa part, il s\u2019est alors rapproch\u00e9 d\u2019elle pour lui indiquer qu\u2019il s\u2019adressait \u00e0 elle, et comme pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le contr\u00f4le s\u2019est par la suite d\u00e9roul\u00e9 dans le magasin et dans le calme \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019agent de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 <em>\u00ab s\u2019est alors rapproch\u00e9 d\u2019elle \u00bb<\/em> : belle fa\u00e7on d\u2019enjoliver la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : il l\u2019a tir\u00e9e de force tout au long de la rue jusque dans le magasin ! Son chef ne serait pas intervenu ensuite, on peut se demander jusqu\u2019o\u00f9 son comportement violent aurait pu d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je r\u00e9agis : <em>\u00ab Votre r\u00e9ponse \u00e9lude la partie la plus importante de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : votre agent a saisi violemment mon \u00e9pouse <strong>DANS LA RUE<\/strong> et l\u2019a forc\u00e9e \u00e0 rentrer dans le magasin ! C\u2019est seulement l\u00e0 qu\u2019il a appel\u00e9 un autre individu qui s\u2019est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme le responsable s\u00e9curit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab&nbsp;C\u2019est un comportement <strong>ILLEGAL<\/strong> : donc, merci de me r\u00e9pondre sur ce point pr\u00e9cis, et d\u2019arr\u00eater de botter en touche.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Pour bien \u00eatre clair, je compte publier un article sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience clients dans une quinzaine de jours, et citer cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement et son traitement : il semble bien que vous vous orientiez dans une direction d\u00e9sastreuse ! \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019\u00e9tait le 9 octobre : pas de retour \u00e0 ce jour de Monoprix ! Puisque l\u2019enseigne ne veut pas me donner de r\u00e9ponse satisfaisante sur le canal priv\u00e9 de Twitter, force me reste de poser la question publiquement sur mon blog et sur LinkedIn, \u00e0 la direction marketing et au service clients : cautionnent-ils une telle attitude, \u00e0 savoir qu\u2019un agent de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 se permette de saisir une cliente hors du magasin pour l\u2019y ramener de force ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette question du respect des personnes me rappelle cette malheureuse affaire qui date de 2011 o\u00f9 un employ\u00e9 avait \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 pied pour avoir r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 des melons et salades p\u00e9rim\u00e9es dans la poubelle du Monoprix de la Canebi\u00e8re \u00e0 Marseille o\u00f9 il travaillait : seule une mobilisation citoyenne sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux avait emp\u00each\u00e9 son licenciement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la grande distribution sont souvent rapides \u00e0 outrepasser leurs droits : est-ce une raison pour cautionner de telles attitudes indignes ?
