d\u00e9couvraient la distanciel, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail bien s\u00fbr, mais aussi les webinaires, format novateur \u2013 \u00e0 d\u00e9faut de nouveau \u2013 qui allait leur permettre d\u2019apporter la bonne parole \u2013 de leur savoir faire \u2013 aux quatre coins de l\u2019hexagone&nbsp;;<\/li><li>G\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, car bien des services devenaient soudain gratuits, comme par exemple ces s\u00e9minaires payants qui se muaient en webinaires gratuit.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Et puis il y avait l\u2019espoir qu\u2019apr\u00e8s la p\u00e9riode estivale chaotique, tout allait red\u00e9marrer en septembre m\u00eame si pesait d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019ombre d\u2019une seconde vague \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le printemps 2021 sera celui de l\u2019usure&nbsp;: marre, les travailleurs \u2013 quel que soit leur niveau de responsabilit\u00e9 \u2013 n\u2019en peuvent plus de ne plus pouvoir dialoguer avec leurs coll\u00e8gues autour d\u2019un caf\u00e9, ou \u00e9changer sur un sujet qui leur tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur en marge d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><a distanciel ne fait plus recette \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019aube d\u2019une nouvelle tr\u00eave estivale, il faut imaginer la rentr\u00e9e 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qui ne sera ni semblable \u00e0 celles d\u2019avant, ni \u00e0 septembre 2020&nbsp;: quelque-chose d\u2019hybride, o\u00f9 pr\u00e9sentiel et distanciel se marieront, o\u00f9 un nouvel \u00e9quilibre entre t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et pr\u00e9sence au bureau sera \u00e0 trouver \u2013 le monde sera phygital ou ne sera pas, dira-t-on pour paraphraser Malraux&nbsp;! \u00c7a, c\u2019est la vision optimiste \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais aussi un monde encore marqu\u00e9 par la souffrance&nbsp;: les citoyens, salari\u00e9s et consommateurs, ont besoin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer, m\u00eame si personne ne compte avec le m\u00eame z\u00e8le maladies physiques et psychiques&nbsp;; et pourtant, la d\u00e9tresse psychologique touche aujourd\u2019hui pr\u00e8s d\u2019un salari\u00e9 sur deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La rentr\u00e9e 2021 sera convalescente \u00e0 tous points de vue&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Convalescente, parce que de nombreux secteurs peineront longtemps \u00e0 surmonter la crise \u00e9conomique qui a accompagn\u00e9 la sanitaire \u2026 et qui perdurera encore bien la fin de cette derni\u00e8re&nbsp;;<\/li><li>Convalescente, parce que les consommateurs mettront longtemps \u00e0 retrouver leurs marques, pass\u00e9e l\u2019euphorie des premiers verres bus avec des amis en terrasse&nbsp;;<\/li><li>Convalescente aussi, parce que les salari\u00e9s ne supporteront pas \u2013 plus \u2013 les comportements agressifs&nbsp;: commerciaux, oubliez le d\u00e9marchage intensif&nbsp;!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De nouvelles relations entre fournisseurs et clients sont \u00e0 inventer, de nouvelles postures&nbsp;: ce sera \u2013 pour reprendre un terme tr\u00e8s \u00e0 la mode en marketing \u2013 du test and learn, soft si possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui s\u00fbr, c\u2019est que dialogue qu&rsquo;avec Alain Beauvieux, nous avons entam\u00e9 l\u2019an pass\u00e9 et qui a conduit au libre blanc <strong>Vendre Demain<\/strong>, t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeable sur ce <a
