lambda&nbsp;: plus on payait cher, plus on montait en gamme et on pouvait acqu\u00e9rir une voiture spacieuse et luxueuse&nbsp;; il y avait quelques exceptions \u2013 quelques segments tr\u00e8s particuliers&nbsp;: les voitures de sport, avec l\u2019\u00e9ternelle 911, les tous-terrains, un peu rudes, et puis des trucs bizarres, comme le Volkswagen Combi si cher \u00e0 Jean-Marc Ayrault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sont venus s\u2019ajouter les monospaces \u2026 mais on se demande pourquoi il y a fallu attendre si longtemps pour les voir arriver&nbsp;: il y avait un vrai besoin, mais Matra a eu bien du mal \u00e0 convaincre Renault de le construite, apr\u00e8s avoir essuy\u00e9 un refus de PSA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis sont apparus les <em>SUV<\/em> \u2013 pour <em>Sport Utility Vehicle<\/em>, v\u00e9hicule utilitaire sportif, ce qui ne signifie \u2026 en fait, pas grand-chose \u2013, des v\u00e9hicules un peu hybrides&nbsp;: on ne voit d\u2019ailleurs pas trop ce qu\u2019ils ont de sportifs, ces SUV, vu qu\u2019une voiture de sport doit \u00eatre tr\u00e8s basse pour coller \u00e0 la route, comme la 911 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment \u00e9voqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bref, plut\u00f4t un croisement entre v\u00e9hicule de Monsieur tout le monde et v\u00e9hicule tout terrain, avec un look un peu massif, sinon pataud, et destin\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u00e9duire des conducteurs qui ont avant tout envie de dominer les autres&nbsp;: donc rien de rationnel, juste un marketing qui s\u2019appuie sur des pulsions assez primaires \u2026 mais rien que de tr\u00e8s banal jusque-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme quatre roues motrices, \u00e7a plombe beaucoup les budgets, les SUV proposent des versions quatre et deux roues motrices&nbsp;: preuve qu\u2019on ne vend que de l\u2019envie dominer les autres, et surtout pas de la puissance ou de la maniabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sont apparus aussi les crossover \u2013 en bon fran\u00e7ais, v\u00e9hicule m\u00e9tis, mais \u00e9videmment, \u00e9viter la s\u00e9mantique avec le 1<sup>er<\/sup> garagiste venu \u2013 hybrides entre les SUV \u2013 d\u00e9j\u00e0 des hybrides \u2013 et les berlines classiques \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me, c\u2019est que les SUV polluent comme des fous, comme le montre une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.francetvinfo.fr\/meteo\/climat\/automobile-wwf-france-denonce-l-impact-ecrasant-des-suv-sur-le-climat-et-le-budget-des-menages_4122253.html\">WWF France<\/a>&nbsp;: les constructeurs automobiles se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent totalement irresponsables et par leur faute, la France ne respectera pas ses engagements de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui mais si les SUV se vendent si bien, c\u2019est qu\u2019il y a un march\u00e9 pour&nbsp;: ils r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 des attentes consommateurs, et le marketing ne peut que r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces attentes \u2026 c\u2019est le marketing \u00e0 la Ponce Pilate, la plan\u00e8te peut crever, ce n\u2019est pas de notre faute \u2026 en fait, les vrais coupables, ce sont les consommateurs&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sauf que bon nombre d\u2019acheteurs de SUV se d\u00e9fendent&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Je comprends le d\u00e9bat sur les SUV, mais quand on a 4 enfants, ce sont les seuls v\u00e9hicules 7 places qui existent&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, se plaint ce p\u00e8re de famille sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.francetvinfo.fr\/live\/message\/5f7\/c20\/895\/ff4\/e9e\/f00\/39a\/8c9.html\">France Info<\/a>&nbsp;: les monospaces disparaissent peu \u00e0 peu du march\u00e9, les constructeurs misant tout sur les SUV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le marketing de la demande a bon dos&nbsp;: le rejet de la faute vers un consommateur qui souhaite des voitures bling-bling sans \u00e9gard pour la plan\u00e8te est bien trop facile&nbsp;!
