Je\ngooglise donc et tombe sur cet article de <a href=\"https:\/\/france3-regions.francetvinfo.fr\/hauts-de-france\/groupe-auchan-au-coeur-optimisation-fiscale-maltaise-1499977.html\">France 3 Hauts de France<\/a>&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Le groupe Auchan au c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;optimisation fiscale\nmaltaise&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a ne sonne pas tr\u00e8s \u00e9thique, comme le\nd\u00e9taille une enqu\u00eate de <em>Mediapart<\/em> relay\u00e9e\npar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediacites.fr\/enquete\/lille\/2018\/06\/22\/auchan-naime-pas-le-fisc-francais\/\">M\u00e9diacit\u00e9s<\/a>, qui d\u00e9taille&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;En juin 2011, deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9\ncr\u00e9\u00e9es sur l\u2019\u00eele de Malte : une pour l\u2019assurance vie et l\u2019autre pour\nl\u2019assurance classique, comme l\u2019expliquait Mediapart. Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en mars 2011, une\ntroisi\u00e8me soci\u00e9t\u00e9, nomm\u00e9e Oney Holding Limited, encaisse les dividendes des\ndeux premi\u00e8res. Le taux officiel de l\u2019imp\u00f4t \u00e0 Malte est de 35 %, davantage que\nles 33,3 % pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s en France. Mais lorsqu\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tenue par des\n\u00e9trangers distribue des dividendes \u00e0 ses actionnaires, le fisc lui rembourse\njusqu\u2019\u00e0 85 % de l\u2019imp\u00f4t. Au total, entre 2014 et 2016, Auchan a ainsi \u00e9conomis\u00e9\n21 millions d\u2019euros d\u2019imp\u00f4ts, selon les calculs de Mediapart&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Auchan<\/em> comme <em>Decathlon, Auchan, Boulanger, Orsay, Adeo, Saint-Maclou<\/em> et quelques\nautres, appartiennent \u00e0 l&rsquo;<strong>Association\nfamiliale Mulliez<\/strong>, elle-m\u00eame en d\u00e9licatesse avec le fisc fran\u00e7ais, comme le\nrappelle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.fr\/entreprises-marches\/la-famille-mulliez-menacee-dun-lourd-redressement-fiscal-1341520\">Capital<\/a>&nbsp;: mais peut-\u00eatre l\u2019\u00e9thique des\nfiliales ne concerne pas le sommet de la pyramide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, c\u2019est un autre article\nr\u00e9cemment d\u00e9couvert dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liberation.fr\/planete\/2020\/05\/25\/les-liaisons-dangereuses-du-francais-voltalia-avec-la-birmanie_1789332\">Lib\u00e9ration<\/a> qui a le plus suscit\u00e9 \u00f9on\nindignation et m\u2019a conduit \u00e0 r\u00e9diger ce billet, article intitul\u00e9&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Les liaisons dangereuses du fran\u00e7ais\nVoltalia avec la Birmanie&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Voltalia<\/em>, je ne connaissais pas plus qu\u2019<em>Oney<\/em>, donc je consulte <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Voltalia\">Wikip\u00e9dia<\/a>&nbsp;:<em>\u00ab&nbsp;Voltalia est une entreprise fran\u00e7aise du groupe\nMulliez qui construit et exploite des centrales \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie\nrenouvelable, en France et dans les pays \u00e9mergents&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Energie renouvelable&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;<\/em>: \u00e7a sonne plut\u00f4t bien&nbsp;;\u00ab&nbsp;<em>pays \u00e9mergents&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;<\/em>: on peut esp\u00e9rer le meilleur \u2026 ou\ncraindre le pire&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce nous pr\u00e9sente le quotidien confirme\naussit\u00f4t mes craintes&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Voltalia\nfournit de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 renouvelable depuis f\u00e9vrier 2018 \u00e0 MyTel&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> \u2026\net ce <em>MyTel<\/em>, c\u2019est en fait <em>Myanmar Economic Corporation<\/em>, <em>\u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019un des deux puissants conglom\u00e9rats\ndu pays aux mains de l\u2019arm\u00e9e birmane&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut savoir que l\u2019arm\u00e9e birmane,\npour ne pas avoir \u00e0 rendre de compte \u00e0 un parlement pourtant totalement \u00e0 la\nbotte, finance ses exactions contre les <em>Rohingyas<\/em>\nvia ces deux conglom\u00e9rats \u2026 ce qui signifie que le <em>groupe Mulliez<\/em>, via<em> Voltalia,\n<\/em>porte sa part de responsabilit\u00e9 dans l\u2019extermination de la minorit\u00e9 des <em>Rohingyas.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suite \u00e0 un rapport du <em>Conseil des droits de l\u2019homme de l\u2019ONU<\/em> soulignant\nque <em>\u00ab&nbsp;toute activit\u00e9 commerciale\n\u00e9trang\u00e8re impliquant le Tatmadaw [= forces arm\u00e9es birmanes] et ses conglom\u00e9rats\npr\u00e9sentait un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 de contribuer ou d\u2019\u00eatre li\u00e9e \u00e0 des violations du\ndroit international des droits de l\u2019homme et du droit international humanitaire&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>,\ndes entreprises comme <em>Western Union<\/em> ou\n<em>Newtec<\/em>, fournisseur en services\ntechnologiques de <em>MyTel<\/em>, ont cess\u00e9 toutes\nactivit\u00e9s en Birmanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas <em>Voltalia,<\/em> malgr\u00e9 les demandes pressantes d\u2019ONG comme <em>Sherpa<\/em>, <em>RSF<\/em> et <em>Info<\/em> <em>Birmanie<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 le concept <em>\u00ab&nbsp;d\u2019entreprise \u00e0 mission&nbsp;\u00bb <\/em>a\nle vent en poupe \u2013 pour ne pas dire est&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;tendance&nbsp;\u00bb,<\/em> \u2013 il me semble particuli\u00e8rement dommageable\nque des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ne tiennent pas leurs promesses, comme le <em>Groupe Mulliez<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement, j\u2019aurais bien du\nmal \u00e0 travailler dans une entreprise sans \u00e9thique \u2026 m\u00eame si cela r\u00e9duit\nconsid\u00e9rablement le champ des possibles&nbsp;; je pense en outre qu\u2019il convient\nde militer pour convaincre les mauvais \u00e9l\u00e8ves de s\u2019am\u00e9liorer \u2026 mais il y aura\ntoujours des brebis galeuses, h\u00e9las&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par contre, que d\u2019aucuns se\npermettent d\u2019afficher des chartes \u00e9thiques pour ne pas respecter les principes fondamentaux\nde l\u2019Ethique \u2013 avec une majuscule \u2013 cela ne peut que se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler triplement catastrophique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour leur image de marque, parce qu\u2019un\njour tout se sait \u2026 mais \u00e7a, on s\u2019en fout un peu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 humaine&nbsp;: m\u00eame\nsi une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u2019\u00e9crit pas ouvertement qu\u2019elle ne participera jamais \u00e0 un\ng\u00e9nocide, ou s\u2019en rendra complice \u2013 c\u2019est tellement \u00e9vident \u2013, ce n\u2019est pas une\nraison de le faire \u2026 et de continuer \u00e0 le faire en toute connaissance de cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pour le marketing&nbsp;: car ce sont\ntoujours les marketers que l\u2019on accusera de mentir \u2013 tous coupables bien\n\u00e9videmment \u2013, m\u00eame ceux qui pratiquent un marketing vertueux et responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La profession ne faudrait peut-\u00eatre\npas attendre qu\u2019une ONG lance les <em>Prix\nPinocchio<\/em> de l\u2019\u00e9thique-washing \u2013 comme existent ceux du green-washing&nbsp;:\nc\u2019est \u00e0 elle de balayer devant sa porte avant que d\u2019autres s\u2019en chargent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vous avez aim\u00e9 le Greenwashing&nbsp;?
