Quand le gouvernement parle du 11 mai, quand on rentre dans\nles d\u00e9tails, on se rend compte qu&rsquo;il y aura peu d&rsquo;entreprises qui pourront\neffectivement sortir du confinement. Le livre restera d&rsquo;actualit\u00e9, parce que je\npense que de nombreuses entreprises auront encore \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 l&rsquo;impact du\nconfinement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce livre est n\u00e9 d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie de\nquestions, que je me suis pos\u00e9es d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re semaine de confinement, comme\nde nombreux autres chefs d&rsquo;entreprise et de patrons d&rsquo;agence. Comment\nallons-nous fonctionner ? Quel va \u00eatre l&rsquo;impact sur les \u00e9quipes ? Et sur les\nclients ? Pourrons-nous poursuivre notre activit\u00e9 commerciale ? Comment\norganiser un t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, alors que les enfants seront aussi \u00e0\nla maison avec leurs parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un des patrons de mes agences partenaires,\nBenoit Raoult, dirige une agence \u00e0 Shanghai. Autrement dit, en terme d&rsquo;activit\u00e9\npendant le confinement, il disposait de 2 mois d&rsquo;avances sur nous. En\nl&rsquo;\u00e9coutant nous conseiller, je me suis dit qu&rsquo;il y avait mati\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00e9crire un\nlivre pour aider les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise pendant cette p\u00e9riode particuli\u00e8re. J&rsquo;ai\ncontact\u00e9 les \u00e9ditions <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-kawa.com\/\">Kawa<\/a> pour\nleur proposer le projet. Ils ont imm\u00e9diatement suivi. J&rsquo;ai embarqu\u00e9 7 autres\nauteurs de la collection <a href=\"https:\/\/amonboss.com\/\">des livres expliqu\u00e9s \u00e0\nmon boss<\/a> et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait parti ! Bien s\u00fbr, mon acolyte et alter ego <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/visionary.wordpress.com\/\">Yann Gourvennec<\/a><\/strong> s&rsquo;est\ntotalement impliqu\u00e9. Trois nouveaux auteurs nous ont rejoint : <strong>Emmanuelle Herv\u00e9<\/strong>, experte en communication\nde crise, <strong>Bertrand Duperrin<\/strong>, expert\ndes RH et du digital et auteur de l&rsquo;excellent blog <a href=\"http:\/\/duperrin.com\/\">Duperrin<\/a> ) et <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adverbe.com\/\">Xavier de Mazenod<\/a><\/strong>, expert du\nt\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, nous avons interview\u00e9\ndes chefs d&rsquo;entreprise avec des avis vari\u00e9s sur la posture \u00e0 adopter face au\nconfinement : <em>Serge Delwasse<\/em>\n(Cetrac), <em>Manuel Diaz<\/em> (eMakina), <em>Clarisse Berrebi<\/em> (cabinet Bolt), <em>Philippe Grimminger<\/em> (Flexsi) ou <em>Christian B\u00e9ghyn<\/em> (Exos). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MarketingIsDead&nbsp;:\n<\/strong><em>Pourquoi\nce livre int\u00e9resse-t-il les marketers ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Herv\u00e9\nKabla<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>:<\/strong> Dans la phase difficile que nous\ntraversons, il est important de jouer sur deux axes sur lesquels le marketing\nest fondamental : communiquer vis \u00e0 vis des clients, pr\u00e9parer le futur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les clients, nos clients, sont dans\nle m\u00eame p\u00e9trin que nous. Ils se demandent si leurs fournisseurs tiendront la\nroute, si eux-m\u00eames auront la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rebondir, ils attendent que nous leur\nparlions, sans leur mentir. Ces \u00e9changes seront fondamentaux. Les marques qui\nne sauront pas communiquer pendant cette crise et qui continuerons de faire\ncomme si de rien n&rsquo;\u00e9tait, sans empathie, se trompent de combat. C&rsquo;est, nous\nl&rsquo;expliquons tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t, l&rsquo;une des priorit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise confin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer le futur a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 une\ndes pr\u00e9occupations des marketers. Anticiper les changements, identifier les\nbesoins actuels et \u00e0 venir, cela fait aussi partie de leur p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre. C&rsquo;est\nl&rsquo;autre priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 laquelle doivent s&rsquo;atteler les marketeurs. Certaines\nentreprises vont devoir pivoter tr\u00e8s rapidement. C&rsquo;est faisable, il ne faut pas\nen avoir peur. D&rsquo;autres doivent penser \u00e0 imaginer de nouvelles offres, de\nnouveaux produits, sous peine de dispara\u00eetre. Le digital devient, on le constate\nchaque jour, \u00e0 coups de visioconf\u00e9rences et d&rsquo;achats en ligne, non seulement\nessentiel, mais fondamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bref, le confinement expliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 mon\nboss est un livre qui vous concerne tous.
