ou encore <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Yuka,\nune application populaire qui note les aliments, a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 verser 3 000\neuros \u00e0 la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise des industries des aliments conserv\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>,\npour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.francetvinfo.fr\/sante\/alimentation\/yuka-condamnee-a-verser-3-000-euros-pour-denigrement-apres-un-article-critiquant-les-emballages-alimentaires_3863227.html\">France\nInfo<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sauf \u2026 que ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019application\nqui est en cause, mais un article de blog&nbsp;: en aucun cas, le tribunal n\u2019a\nremis en cause la qualit\u00e9 de cette derni\u00e8re&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On passera sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 <em>\u00ab&nbsp;\u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> que l\u2019on\nretrouve sur la plupart des sites de presse \u2013 je n\u2019oserais pas dire que bien\nsouvent les journalistes sont des sp\u00e9cialistes du <em>\u00ab&nbsp;copier coller&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> \u2026 pour se poser la VRAIE question&nbsp;:\n\u00e0 qui profite, sinon la condamnation, du moins sa diffusion&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la conserve&nbsp;? Que nenni&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Si les consommateurs se d\u00e9tournent des conserves, c\u2019est aussi \u00e0 cause de l\u2019image parfois n\u00e9gative qu\u2019elles v\u00e9hiculent\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0: ce n\u2019est pas moi qui le dit \u2013 pas envie de me voir ester en justice par la <em>F\u00e9d\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise des industries des aliments conserv\u00e9s<\/em> pour d\u00e9nigrement \u2013 mais <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsa-conso.fr\/la-conserve-se-concentre-sur-la-qualite,242277\">LSA<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc, d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, un produit dont l\u2019image\nne semble pas au top&nbsp;; et de l\u2019autre, une startup dont l\u2019application est\npl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e par des millions de consommateurs, souvent jeunes, qui vont voir\nque LEUR appli a \u00e9t\u00e9 attaqu\u00e9e en justice par un gros lobby&nbsp;: l\u2019\u00e9ternelle\nhistoire du pot de terre contre le pot de fer \u2026 qui dans l\u2019imagerie populaire\nprofite toujours au plus faible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des gens ne liront pas  en entier  les articles de presse \u00e9voqu\u00e9s \u2026 et l\u2019image de la conserve s\u2019en trouvera encore plus \u00e9corn\u00e9e\u00a0; quant aux autres, ils verront qu\u2019on y parle de g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation abusive \u2026 ce qui signifie qu\u2019il y a malgr\u00e9 tout quelque-chose de suspect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bref, une image de marque d\u00e9grad\u00e9e\nversus un capital de sympathie renforc\u00e9&nbsp;: devinez qui, en termes\nmarketing, est vainqueur&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, la conserve devait se faire\nd\u00e9nigrer sans r\u00e9agir&nbsp;? Peut-\u00eatre pas \u2026 mais commencer par nouer le dialogue,\nc\u2019est pas mal aussi, avant le marteau-pilon&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s, pour parler d\u2019approximations\nou de g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisations aboutissant au d\u00e9nigrement, certains sites de presse sont\nplut\u00f4t pas mal&nbsp;: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lopinion.fr\/video\/decryptage\/yuka-danger-petite-cuisine-bases-donnees-214197\">l\u2019Opinion<\/a>\npar exemple, qui \u00e9crit&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Une\napplication qui permet, en scannant le code-barres d\u2019un produit au supermarch\u00e9,\nde savoir ce qui les compose apporte une r\u00e9ponse. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s positif.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Le\nprobl\u00e8me ce sont les bases de donn\u00e9es sur lesquelles s\u2019appuie Yuka pour faire\ntourner ses algorithmes et donner des notations. Et au-del\u00e0, sans doute, le\npoids qu\u2019a pris cette application dans l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation qu\u2019ont les consommateurs\nde ce qu\u2019ils ach\u00e8tent.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Explication\n: Yuka vient d\u2019\u00eatre condamn\u00e9 pour le tribunal de Versailles, le 5 mars 2020,\npour d\u00e9nigrement, et pratiques commerciales d\u00e9loyales et trompeuses. Pas tant\npour son application que pour ce qu\u2019il racontait sur son site Internet&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que viennent faire les <em>\u00ab<\/em>&nbsp;<em>les bases de donn\u00e9es sur lesquelles s\u2019appuie Yuka&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> au beau\nmilieu de tout cela&nbsp;? Le titre pr\u00e9cise pourtant un peu plus loin que <em>Yuka&nbsp;<\/em>a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Pas tant pour son application que \u2026&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Pas tant pour\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> constitue bien une forme de d\u00e9nigrement puisque l\u2019application n\u2019a en aucun cas \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en cause \u2026 mais l\u2019expression utilis\u00e9e ici semble bien, dans la langue de Voltaire, induire comme un doute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quant aux bases de donn\u00e9es, Yuka s\u2019est\nlongtemps appuy\u00e9 sur <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Open_Food_Facts\">Open\nFood Facts<\/a>, <em>\u00ab&nbsp;un projet\ncollaboratif en ligne et mobile dont le but est de constituer une base de\ndonn\u00e9es libre et ouverte sur les produits alimentaires commercialis\u00e9s dans le\nmonde entier&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;; depuis elle est principalement aliment\u00e9e par les\ncontributions des mobinautes \u00e0 travers l\u2019application, et les industriels eux-m\u00eames\nvia la plateforme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alkemics.com\/\">Alkemics<\/a>&nbsp;: tout\ncela est transparent, si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lopinion.fr\/video\/decryptage\/yuka-danger-petite-cuisine-bases-donnees-214197\">l\u2019Opinion<\/a>\nvoulait bien se donner la peine de creuser&nbsp;!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tout le monde \u2013 et surtout les jeunes \u2013 conna\u00eet Yuka, \u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019application mobile qui permet de scanner les produits alimentaires et d&rsquo;obtenir une information claire sur l&rsquo;impact du produit sur la sant\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb.
