Passer du temps avec ma moiti\u00e9 et ma famille, monter \u00e0 cheval, voyager, promener le chien dans la for\u00eat \u2026 il m\u2019en faut peu pour \u00eatre heureuse\u00a0! #G\u00e9n\u00e9rationDisney<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Et qu\u2019est-ce qui te motive le plus dans ton job\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9ussite\u00a0! Celle-ci peut prendre diff\u00e9rentes formes\u00a0:\u00a0 avoir fait une analyse pertinente (et percutante !) donnant toutes les clefs aux clients pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques et\/ou op\u00e9rationnelles, avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 une pr\u00e9sentation visuellement attractive, m\u2019\u00eatre appropri\u00e9e une m\u00e9thodologie compliqu\u00e9e, avoir assur\u00e9 en pr\u00e9sentation client, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Que regard portes-tu sur le marketing en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et les \u00e9tudes marketing en particulier\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Je suis une grande fan de marketing, car cette discipline m\u00eale cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et analyse. Je regrette n\u00e9anmoins que certaines entreprises fassent du marketing de mani\u00e8re trop traditionnelle, sans chercher \u00e0 innover, ou encore de fa\u00e7on <em>\u00ab\u00a0 toxique\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> avec pour unique motivation le profit et non la satisfaction des consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Quant aux \u00e9tudes marketing, ce sont selon moi de v\u00e9ritables opportunit\u00e9s pour les entreprises, car elles leur permettent de gagner en omniscience et ainsi de pouvoir prendre les meilleures d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques et op\u00e9rationnelles possibles. D\u2019un point de vue macro, je pense que le secteur des \u00e9tudes va reprendre du pouvoir dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa transformation et aux nouvelles m\u00e9thodologies innovantes qui \u00e9mergent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Comment d\u00e9finirais-tu tes relations avec ceux qui t\u2019encadrent, qu\u2019en attends-tu\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons de tr\u00e8s bonnes relations. Mes managers me font confiance et me laissent travailler en autonomie, tout en \u00e9tant suffisamment pr\u00e9sents pour me conseiller et me permettre de progresser. Maintenant que vous me posez la question, je me rends compte que j\u2019attends \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d\u2019eux\u00a0! Pour faire court, j\u2019aimerais qu\u2019ils me transmettent leur savoir et me donnent les clefs pour r\u00e9ussir dans ma vie professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Comment entrevois-tu l\u2019avenir, avec notamment l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de le Gen Z\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Je pense que la Gen Z va amener une bouff\u00e9e d\u2019air frais, un v\u00e9ritable renouveau, dans le monde du travail. Elle va acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la disparition de pratiques archa\u00efques qui ne conviennent pas aux millennials comme moi.
