Ils ont hack\u00e9 les r\u00e8gles du marketing traditionnel en les mettant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve du r\u00e9el. Et avec le digital, peu de moyens en poche et de l\u2019observation, ils ont repens\u00e9 les raisonnements et les atouts du marketing pour tordre le cou \u00e0 concepts qui n\u2019ont pas pass\u00e9 le crash-test.<\/p>\n<p>Les derniers wagons d\u2019\u00e9tudiants form\u00e9s \u00e0 la sauce Kotler ne sont pas si vieux. La nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de profs re-questionne ses enseignements au regard des pratiques des plus jeunes qui n\u2019ont parfois jamais fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 les bancs de la fac ou d\u2019une \u00e9cole de management. Le meilleur moyen de s\u2019approprier les nouvelles r\u00e8gles repens\u00e9es sur le terrain en mode test-and-learn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Les startups\/nouveaux acteurs sont-ils des ennemis ou des cibles pour les entreprises traditionnelles ?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jean-Marc Goachet :<\/strong> Ce sont des partenaires. Avec le digital, tout est question de masse critique. Les algorithmes ont besoin d\u2019\u00eatre nourris, entra\u00een\u00e9s pour mieux conna\u00eetre les clients et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs attentes de fa\u00e7on personnalis\u00e9e. L\u2019heure est donc au faire ensemble pour \u00eatre l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019on ne vous attend pas. Le client veut \u00eatre \u00e9cout\u00e9 et surpris.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaux acteurs ont cette agilit\u00e9 et le mindset qui va avec. Beaucoup de partenariats sont per\u00e7us comme inattendus de prime abord pour ensuite r\u00e9v\u00e9ler une strat\u00e9gie que personne attendait et pourtant gagnante. Il suffit de regarder du c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019Amazone Prime dans le retail ou SpaceX dans l\u2019a\u00e9rospatial. C\u2019est l\u2019heure de la fertilisation crois\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0: <\/strong><em>Finalement, de tout ce bouleversement du paysage \u00e9conomique :<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Le consommateur y trouve-t-il son compte ?<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Jean-Marc Goachet : <\/strong>Tout d\u00e9pend de ce qu\u2019il attend et des sacrifices qu\u2019il est pr\u00eat \u00e0 faire avec ses donn\u00e9es personnelles. Dans l\u2019absolu, je ne suis pas convaincu. On doit continuer \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir pour conserver une part de discernement et surtout son libre arbitre. Comme il est sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le point ci-dessous, le client est aussi&#8230; citoyen. Et c\u2019est \u00e0 ce niveau l\u00e0 que tout se joue.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Le citoyen y trouve-t-il son compte ?<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le citoyen doit s\u2019engager et quitter son poste de simple observateur.
