Et je re\u00e7ois d\u00e8s le lendemain la r\u00e9ponse de <a href=\"mailto:ne_pas_repondre@sncf.com\">ne_pas_repondre@sncf.com<\/a>\u00a0: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Apr\u00e8s analyse de votre dossier, je ne peux cependant r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re positive \u00e0 votre attente, le montant de la compensation calcul\u00e9 \u00e9tant inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 4 euros\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0En effet, comme indiqu\u00e9 dans les Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales de Vente SNCF, la compensation correspondant \u00e0 l&rsquo;application de la G30 incluse dans LA GARANTIE VOYAGE est uniquement accord\u00e9e si son montant est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 4 euros\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7a, c\u2019est de le relation clients avec un train de retard \u2013 le c\u00f4t\u00e9 figur\u00e9 de l\u2019expression, donc\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Cela \u00e9tant, si on multiplie le nombre de voyageurs montant dans le train \u00e0 Rouen par le nombre de retards journaliers sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 30 minutes, \u00e7a en fait des sous\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Il y a un c\u00f4t\u00e9 ridicule de monter toute une usine \u00e0 gaz intitul\u00e9e <em>\u00ab\u00a0garantie G30\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0et en faire la promotion pour in fine se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler si mesquin\u00a0: quitte \u00e0 radiner, autant le faire discr\u00e8tement\u00a0!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce qu\u2019il y a de bien avec la SNCF, c\u2019est qu\u2019elle d\u00e9cline l\u2019expression tant au propre qu\u2019au figur\u00e9.
