Tous les nouveaux acteurs ma\u00eetrisent maintenant l\u2019art du pitch qui explique comment en marchant dans la rue, tel ou tel g\u00e9nial fondateur s\u2019est rendu compte du probl\u00e8me qui allait changer la vie des consommateurs. Toutefois, cette volont\u00e9 de changement, de rupture peut-\u00eatre sinc\u00e8re et porter un puissant message lorsque c\u2019est v\u00e9ritablement incarn\u00e9 dans l\u2019ADN de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Par manque d\u2019argent : lorsqu\u2019on a pas ou peu d\u2019argent et si l\u2019on veut survivre on cherche \u00e0 se diff\u00e9rencier en \u00e9tant malin. Growth Hacking, gu\u00e9rilla marketing, buzz sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux. C\u2019est souvent efficace et en plus tr\u00e8s amusant \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre.<\/li>\n<li>Par positionnement strat\u00e9gique. Finalement on revient aux fondamentaux du marketing : on fait semblant de casser les r\u00e8gles tout en \u00e9voluant dans les r\u00e8gles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A mon sens, les strat\u00e9gies marketing les plus efficaces sont une combinaison de ces trois aspects qui impliquent une forme de rupture dans la continuit\u00e9, d\u2019impertinence en ma\u00eetrisant les codes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Les startups\/nouveaux acteurs sont-ils des ennemis ou des cibles pour les entreprises traditionnelles ?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Alexandre\u00a0:<\/strong> Les startups sont redevenues, pour le moment et comme \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 90, un mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9ussite sociale, de cool, d\u2019affranchissement des r\u00e8gles, de succ\u00e8s \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p>Les startups sont un symbole, une forme de respiration dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 terne et aseptis\u00e9e o\u00f9 l\u2019on retrouve une forme d\u2019esprit aventurier, libre \u00e0 chacun d\u2019imaginer le contenu qu\u2019il souhaite mettre derri\u00e8re ce concept fourre-tout. D\u2019o\u00f9 des absurdit\u00e9s du type \u00ab faire start-up \u00bb que l\u2019on entend \u00e0 longueur de journ\u00e9e (Baby-foot, Chief Happyness Officer et autres inventions folkloriques).<\/p>\n<p>Selon moi, une startup dans le domaine technologique doit se comporter comme un pirate \u00e0 l\u2019abordage : aller vite, fort et continuer \u00e0 naviguer sans savoir au d\u00e9but de quoi demain sera fait. De fait, l\u2019ADN d\u2019une startup doit normalement \u00eatre de bousculer le statu quo, de renverser la table.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, en fonction des secteurs, des industries, certains acteurs ont trouv\u00e9 les moyens de bousculer les r\u00e8gles (SpaceX dans l\u2019industrie a\u00e9rospatiale, Google dans le monde la publicit\u00e9) et d\u2019autres collaborent avec les acteurs en place. Les barri\u00e8res \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e jouent un r\u00f4le, le timing et aussi le niveau des disrupteurs (n\u2019invente pas le PageRank ou \u00e9quivalent dans son industrie qui veut).<\/p>\n<p>Selon moi, les startups sont avant tout des moteurs de transformation avec une forte pr\u00e9disposition normalement au changement des r\u00e8gles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0: <\/strong><em>Finalement, de tout ce bouleversement du paysage \u00e9conomique :<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Le consommateur y trouve-t-il son compte ?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Le citoyen y trouve-t-il son compte ?<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Alexandre\u00a0: <\/strong>Si le produit d\u2019une startup est bon, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se d\u00e9veloppe, prosp\u00e8re. Le consommateur devrait \u00eatre l\u2019ultime juge de paix finalement. C\u2019est finalement tr\u00e8s commun et cela s\u2019inscrit dans le fonctionnement \u00e9conomique de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Est-ce que le citoyen y trouve son compte ? Ma r\u00e9ponse sera plus nuanc\u00e9e. Evidemment, la plupart des startups veulent utiliser la technologie pour rendre les choses plus simples, plus transparentes. Toutefois, c\u2019\u00e9tait aussi le souhait de d\u00e9part des fondateurs d\u2019Internet.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, lorsque l\u2019on voit les enjeux que font peser les nouveaux mod\u00e8les au quotidien : Fake News, impacts sur les \u00e9lections, impacts sur le d\u00e9qualification professionnelle d\u2019une partie de la population, risques de fichages \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle des populations, et que ces questions sont pour le moment marginales au niveau politique, il me semble qu\u2019une r\u00e9flexion globale devrait \u00eatre engag\u00e9e et que la r\u00e9ponse ne peut pas seulement \u00eatre port\u00e9e par des acteurs micro-\u00e9conomiques mais par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et la puissance publique ensemble, avec des \u00e9tats-g\u00e9n\u00e9raux \u00e0 ouvrir d\u00e8s que possible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avec mes amis du Conseil Scientifique de l\u2019Adetem, nous nous penchons sur le futur de notre profession \u2013 vaste sujet\u00a0!
