Ils ont peut-\u00eatre tendance \u00e0 d\u00e9border, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le jeu mais sur le fond ils imaginent des produits, des services, des concepts qui vont (peut-\u00eatre) r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Peut-\u00eatre ne respectent-ils pas la m\u00eame temporalit\u00e9 que le marketing traditionnel en ce sens qu\u2019ils devancent parfois ces attentes mais ce n\u2019est pas si souvent ni si fr\u00e9quent. A quoi se jugent et se jaugent les vrais succ\u00e8s des nouveaux acteurs ? A la fa\u00e7on dont ils font avancer la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ou \u00e0 faire tourner l\u2019\u00e9conomie ? A enrichir les inventeurs ? A faire le bonheur des gens ? Bien entendu \u00e0 tout \u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Chacun \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re. Avec plus ou moins de conviction. Avec plus ou moins de cynisme. Plus ou moins de sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9. Non nova sed nove. Rien de nouveau sous le soleil. L\u2019irrespect est tout au plus une f\u00e9conde impertinence. C\u2019est cette impertinence qui est enthousiasmante ou irritante et qui fait tourner le monde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0:<\/strong> <em>Les startups\/nouveaux acteurs sont-ils des ennemis ou des cibles pour les entreprises traditionnelles ?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Christian\u00a0:<\/strong> Ces nouveaux acteurs renouvellent la fa\u00e7on de jouer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie mais ne changent pas le grand jeu \u00e9conomique. Le Fosbury-flop a renouvel\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on de sauter en hauteur, il n\u2019a pas transform\u00e9 la comp\u00e9tition. Les entreprises traditionnelles vont les int\u00e9grer et tout le monde sautera de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re pour monter sur le podium.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0: <\/strong><em>Finalement, de tout ce bouleversement du paysage \u00e9conomique :<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Le consommateur y trouve-t-il son compte ?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Le citoyen y trouve-t-il son compte ?<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Christian\u00a0:<\/strong> La col\u00e8re gronde. Le citoyen en a marre d\u2019\u00eatre pris pour un consommateur. Je sillonne la France toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Je rencontre en permanence ces consommacteurs qui en ont assez d\u2019\u00eatre catalogu\u00e9s, typologis\u00e9s, essentialis\u00e9s. Alors oui, il y a autant d\u2019enthousiasmes que d\u2019irritations parce que chacun picore dans les nouveaut\u00e9s du paysage \u00e9conomique des bribes de sensations et de sens.<\/p>\n<p>Chacun se d\u00e9brouille et bricole mais quant \u00e0 y trouver son compte \u2026 ce que les gens cherchent c\u2019est \u00e0 se (re)trouver dans un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me qui les reconnaissent comme individu (on parle d\u2019individuation dans nos jargons).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avec mes amis du Conseil Scientifique de l\u2019Adetem, nous nous penchons sur le futur de notre profession \u2013 vaste sujet\u00a0!
