J\u2019ai entendu dire que quelqu\u2019un, de donn\u00e9es semblables, avait tir\u00e9 la conclusion que l\u2019instruction \u00e9tait un fl\u00e9au pour le peuple \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, les gens qui fr\u00e9quentent les m\u00e9dias sociaux \u2013 et plus particuli\u00e8rement les m\u00e9dias sociaux professionnels \u2013 sont-ils plus aptes \u00e0 innover ; mais sans doute conviendrait-il de distinguer ceux se contentent d\u2019une lecture plus ou moins passive de ceux qui diffusent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des contenus originaux : et tr\u00e8s certainement on s\u2019apercevra que les seconds sont plus cr\u00e9atifs que les premiers.<\/p>\n<p>Les professionnels qui publient sur leur blog, relaient sur Twitter et LinkedIn des articles, postent des pr\u00e9sentations sur SlideShare, le font pour d\u00e9velopper leur Personal Branding \u2013 a minima pour prouver \u00e0 leurs confr\u00e8res qu\u2019ils sont plus dou\u00e9s qu\u2019eux, mais le plus souvent pour d\u00e9velopper leur business.<\/p>\n<p>Si les lecteurs passifs s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 leurs \u00e9crits, c\u2019est qu\u2019ils y trouvent quelque int\u00e9r\u00eat \u2026 et donc que ces contenus sont de qualit\u00e9 : ils \u00e9mergent du brouhaha ambiant, de la gigantesque cacophonie de la toile.<\/p>\n<p>Logique donc que ces professionnels capables d\u2019enrichir la profession de r\u00e9flexions originales se montrent aussi dou\u00e9s au sein de leur entreprise pour l\u2019innovation : ils savent repousser les limites et communiquer les id\u00e9es qui bouillonnent en eux.<\/p>\n<p>Inutile donc de pousser ses collaborateurs \u00e0 errer sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux : on n\u2019y gagnera qu\u2019\u00e0 leur faire perdre leur temps \u2013 et l\u2019argent de l\u2019entreprise !
