La RGPD nous oblige \u00e0 revenir aux sources m\u00eames du marketing, quand celui-ci se pr\u00e9sentait comme le porte parole du consommateur dans l\u2019entreprise \u2026 avant de ne le consid\u00e9rer que comme une cible \u2013 d\u00e9n\u00e9gation absolue de sa qualit\u00e9 d\u2019homme et de femme.<\/p>\n<p>La RGPD nous enjoint de respecter les citoyens, de ne plus les r\u00e9duire \u00e0 une suite de chiffres\u00a0: \u00e7a, c\u2019est la vision a minima du nouveau r\u00e8glement.<\/p>\n<p>Mais l\u2019entreprise citoyenne \u2013 celle qu\u2019Europ\u00e9ens et Europ\u00e9ennes, notamment ceux et celles des G\u00e9n\u00e9rations Y et surtout Z \u2013 se doit de devancer les lois, d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9thique non pas parce que Bruxelles l\u2019y oblige, mais parce que l\u2019\u00e9thique constitue une valeur incontournable.<\/p>\n<p>Il y aura toujours de bons et de mauvais \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u2026 et surtout un vaste marais d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves m\u00e9diocres, juste dans les clous mais pas plus.<\/p>\n<p>Mais les tr\u00e8s bons \u00e9l\u00e8ves, eux, vont prendre une sacr\u00e9 longueur d\u2019avance sur leurs concurrents, difficile \u00e0 rattraper\u00a0; c\u2019est pourquoi le sous-titre du livre de G\u00e9rard Haas\u00a0\u2013 <em>\u00ab\u00a0Au-del\u00e0 des contraintes, le RGPD est une opportunit\u00e9 pour se distinguer de la concurrence en conf\u00e9rant aux citoyens europ\u00e9ens le contr\u00f4le de leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> \u2013 ne peut que s\u00e9duire le marketer que je suis, et constitue un phare pour toute une profession.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le RGPD va certainement occasionner bien des cauchemars \u00e0 de nombreux managers et repr\u00e9sente tout aussi certainement un magnifique source de profits pour les avocats et autres conseils juridiques.
