{"id":25522,"date":"2017-10-16T08:25:01","date_gmt":"2017-10-16T08:25:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/?p=25522"},"modified":"2017-10-16T08:25:01","modified_gmt":"2017-10-16T08:25:01","slug":"rue-commerce-mieux-vaut-tweet-2-heures-telephone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/rue-commerce-mieux-vaut-tweet-2-heures-telephone\/","title":{"rendered":"Avec Rue du Commerce, mieux vaut un Tweet que 2 heures au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/secure-cest-pas-si-sur\/\">R\u00e9cemment<\/a>, j\u2019\u00e9voquais mes d\u00e9boires avec <em>Rue du Commerce\u00a0<\/em>: hallucinant\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Tout commence par la commande d\u2019un ordinateur le 4 Juillet dernier, <em>\u00ab\u00a0Date de livraison estim\u00e9e : Le samedi 08 juillet 2017\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> en point relais <em>Relais Colis<\/em>\u00a0: j\u2019aurais d\u00fb me m\u00e9fier, avec <em>Relais Colis<\/em>, c\u2019est probl\u00e8mes garantis.<\/p>\n<p>Le lundi, toujours rien, Rue du Commerce\u00a0m\u2019envoie un mail\u00a0: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il semble qu&rsquo;un colis de votre commande n\u00b0 840728485 ne vous a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9 ce jour comme pr\u00e9vu\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0: sans blague\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quelques discussions t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques avec le SAV, je <em>re\u00e7ois<\/em> un nouveau mail\u00a0:<em> \u00ab\u00a0Votre colis relatif \u00e0 la commande num\u00e9ro 840728485 est disponible au point de retrait \u2026\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0: nouvelle adresse \u2026 et toujours pas de colis\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Nouvelles discussions t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques avec le SAV qui d\u00e9cide de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un nouvel envoi par Colissimo \u00e0 domicile\u00a0: et miracle, l\u00e0, \u00e7a marche \u2026 m\u00eame trop bien\u00a0: on me livre 2 ordinateurs\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Retourne le second en priant pour que tout soit enfin bien rentr\u00e9 dans l\u2019ordre\u00a0; ce que confirme <em>Rue du Commerce\u00a0<\/em>par mail\u00a0: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Suite au probl\u00e8me de transport que vous avez rencontr\u00e9 sur votre commande 840728485, nous vous informons avoir bien r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9 votre colis contenant le produit suivant \u2026\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tout va pour le mieux dans le meilleur des mondes\u00a0? Un mois apr\u00e8s, j&rsquo;attends toujours mon remboursement #escrocs\u00a0\u00bb, <\/em>ce qui d\u00e9clenche une r\u00e9action rapide mais sans suite du Community Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut en remettre une petite couche \u2013 <em>\u00ab\u00a01 heure attente t\u00e9l lundi, 20 mn mardi, 1 heure mercredi et pas de nouvelle de mon remboursement ni du CM <\/em>@rueducommerce #nuls ou <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%23escrocs\">#escrocs<\/a> ?\u00a0\u00bb \u2013 pour qu\u2019enfin quelqu\u2019un se saisisse du probl\u00e8me, et l\u00e0 tout va aller tr\u00e8s vite, avec excuses et bon d\u2019achat pour se faire pardonner\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Je recevrai encore un mail m\u2019informant que <em>\u00ab\u00a0Selon les informations transmises par notre transporteur, votre colis ne vous pas \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9. Afin de vous \u00e9viter une attente excessive et conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 votre demande, nous proc\u00e9dons [\u00e0 quoi\u00a0? La suite manque]. Par ailleurs, le 1er colis pourrait tout de m\u00eame vous \u00eatre livr\u00e9.
