Ce Cookie Vocal capte (reconnaissance vocale &amp; analyse s\u00e9mantique avec IA) l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des conversations t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques d&rsquo;un service Clients, les transforme en Data client anonymis\u00e9es, et les relie aux donn\u00e9es de parcours web qui a pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 l&rsquo;appel si le prospect\/client est d&rsquo;abord pass\u00e9 par le site \u2026 d&rsquo;o\u00f9 le nom de \u00ab\u00a0Cookie Vocal\u00a0\u00bb. Le service clients devient une source de Data conversationnelle, et le Marketing dispose d&rsquo;un nouvel univers de donn\u00e9es in\u00e9dites, les Clients sont enfin entendus, tout le monde est content. Et nous aussi :).<\/p>\n<p>Le client \u00ab\u00a0entendu\u00a0\u00bb est un vrai sujet, car aujourd&rsquo;hui les marques et leur marketing n&rsquo;entendent pas les clients&#8230; c&rsquo;est le conseiller qui \u00e9coute et qui n&rsquo;a que tr\u00e8s peu d&rsquo;outils et pour ne capter que de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s partielle et peu fiable le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de ses \u00e9changes t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques. L&rsquo;enjeu c&rsquo;est donc de capter les parcours type, pas les identit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Notre technologie a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9e pour ces sujets.
