Question cruciale \u00e0 laquelle tout voyageur prudent tente de trouver une r\u00e9ponse avant de partir visiter un pays exotique, notamment en feuilletant les guides de voyage.<\/p>\n<p>Prenons un pays comme Taiwan\u00a0: certains ne se montrent pas tr\u00e8s rassurants\u00a0:\u00ab\u00a0Changer de l\u2019argent \u00e0 Taipei est loin d\u2019\u00eatre une sin\u00e9cure, d\u2019une part parce toutes les banques n\u2019acceptent pas les euros, d\u2019autre part parce que les distributeurs ne sont pas tous compatibles avec les cartes internationales fran\u00e7aises, les Visa fonctionnant moins bien que les Master Card\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autres vous rendent plus optimistes\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Notez que si les distributeurs ne sont pas compatibles avec toutes les cartes europ\u00e9ennes, les d\u00e9tenteurs de Visa\u00ae ou de MasterCard\u00ae ne devraient pas trop rencontrer de probl\u00e8mes\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0; et\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0les principales cartes de cr\u00e9dit (Visa\u00ae, Diner\u2019s\u00ae, MasterCard\u00ae \u2026) sont accept\u00e9es \u00e0 Taiwan et leur usage est r\u00e9pandu dans les h\u00f4tels, restaurants, grands magasins et autres\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Qui croire\u00a0? Celui qui \u00e9crit Master Card\u00a0en deux mots et sans \u00ae ou celui que pr\u00e9f\u00e8re MasterCard\u00ae tout attach\u00e9 avec son \u00ae\u00a0? Revenant de Taiwan, je dois dire que l\u2019on trouve des distributeurs acceptant les cartes Visa \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s partout, que seule la lenteur du guichetier rend p\u00e9nible le change dans la 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> banque venue \u2026 et que bon nombre de petits restaurants refusent encore toutes formes de cartes de cr\u00e9dit.<\/p>\n<p>Bref, ni le 1<sup>er<\/sup>, ni le 2<sup>nd<\/sup> guide ne donnent la bonne information\u00a0; de toutes fa\u00e7ons, r\u00e9ponses optimistes ou pessimistes sont tir\u00e9es du m\u00eame ouvrage, pages 115 et 278 du m\u00eame <em>Petit fut\u00e9<\/em>\u00a0: \u00e0 se demander quand pour la derni\u00e8re fois ils ont pos\u00e9 le pied dans ce pays, et si un quelconque r\u00e9dacteur en chef tente d\u2019uniformiser les contenus.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi alors acheter un guide suffisamment mal fait pour se contenter d\u2019un vague plan d\u2019ensemble pour une capitale Taipei de 5 millions d\u2019habitants\u00a0: il y a bien trois encadr\u00e9s rouges pour les trois principaux quartiers, mais les cartes correspondantes de r\u00e9pondent pas \u00e0 l\u2019appel\u00a0? Simplement parce que c\u2019est le seul en fran\u00e7ais\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Il y a deux fa\u00e7ons d\u2019\u00eatre second\u00a0: \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019Avis ou du Petit fut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>A la mani\u00e8re d\u2019Avis, c\u2019est\u00a0: nous sommes num\u00e9ro deux, alors on fait plus d\u2019efforts pour vous aider, le fameux \u00ab\u00a0We\u2019re only No.2. We try harder\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0; avant de partir, je r\u00e9serve une voiture chez Avis Asie via Car Trawler\u00a0; quelques jours plus tard, je re\u00e7ois une carte de privil\u00e8ges qui me permettra sur place, la mise \u00e0 disposition gratuite d\u2019un GPS \u2026 tr\u00e8s utile quand on ne parle pas chinois\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>A la mani\u00e8re du Petit fut\u00e9\u00a0: on copie sans vergogne son concurrent direct \u2013 le Guide du Routard\u00a0: m\u00eame format, m\u00eame style copain, m\u00eame look and feel, etc.\u00a0; et l\u2019on commercialise un produit b\u00e2cl\u00e9 \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Le Routard est loin d\u2019\u00eatre parfait\u00a0; mais compar\u00e9 au Fut\u00e9, c\u2019est un must\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Avis, Petit fut\u00e9, deux marketings\u00a0: l\u2019un o\u00f9 le bien-\u00eatre du client est au c\u0153ur des process, l\u2019autre o\u00f9 il constitue le cadet des soucis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comment se d\u00e9brouiller \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger pour retirer ou changer des devises\u00a0?
