{"id":25061,"date":"2016-06-20T16:03:37","date_gmt":"2016-06-20T16:03:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/?p=25061"},"modified":"2016-09-11T20:35:00","modified_gmt":"2016-09-11T20:35:00","slug":"incivilite-ordinaire-chauffeurs-ratp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/incivilite-ordinaire-chauffeurs-ratp\/","title":{"rendered":"Incivilit\u00e9 (ordinaire ?) des chauffeurs RATP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On parle souvent des incivilit\u00e9s auxquelles sont expos\u00e9s les chauffeurs de bus de banlieue, toujours prompts \u00e0 d\u00e9brayer d\u00e8s que se produit le moindre incident\u00a0; mais leur conduite est souvent loin d\u2019\u00eatre exemplaire, comme en t\u00e9moigne cet aventure \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Vendredi 3 Juin, vers 14 heures, le bus 325 roule sur la file de droite avenue de Saint Maurice dans le bois de Vincennes, en provenance de Saint Mand\u00e9\u00a0; je suis sur la file de gauche, exactement \u00e0 sa hauteur quand nous arrivons aux feux tricolores au bout du zoo, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 cette voie rejoint la route de ceinture du Lac Daumesnil.<\/p>\n<p>Le bus met alors sont clignotant \u00e0 gauche et force le passage devant moi, m\u2019obligeant \u00e0 freiner brusquement pour ne pas me faire accrocher ou d\u00e9border sur la partie gauche de la chauss\u00e9e\u00a0: ce n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re fois que je constate un tel comportement dangereux \u00e0 un croisement, et si c\u2019est \u00e9nervant, cela ne m\u00e9rite pas un papier sur un blog, juste un coup d\u2019avertisseur pour montrer son m\u00e9contentement.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que je fais\u00a0: le chauffeur du bus d\u00e9cide de me punir \u2013 enfin je suppose \u2013 en \u2026 laissant passer le feu vert et bloquant ainsi toute la circulation, puis un second\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Le conducteur d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule derri\u00e8re moi descend et vient l\u2019apostropher\u00a0: petite prise de bec, et le gars repart vers sa voiture\u00a0: que fait le chauffeur du bus\u00a0? Il quitte son bus, se dirige vers l\u2019autre conducteur et commence sur la chauss\u00e9e une belle engueulade avec lui\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Le temps passe, le chauffeur de bus \u00e0 court d\u2019invectives remonte dans son bus, attend que le nouveau feu soit sur le point de passer \u00e0 l\u2019orange pour red\u00e9marrer, histoire de nous emb\u00eater une derni\u00e8re fois, et s\u2019en va.<\/p>\n<p>Que pense la RATP de tout cela\u00a0? Et pourquoi ne je ne suis pas content\u00e9 d\u2019envoyer un petit courriel sur son site\u00a0? Parce qu\u2019il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, j\u2019avais utilis\u00e9 la proc\u00e9dure ad\u00e9quate pour me plaindre\u00a0d\u2019un agent de la RATP qui fumait sur le quai du RER \u00e0 Vincennes\u00a0: le gars \u00e0 qui j\u2019avais fait remarquer que ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas tr\u00e8s correct m\u2019avait fait un bras d\u2019honneur.
