{"id":25022,"date":"2016-05-02T11:53:43","date_gmt":"2016-05-02T11:53:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/?p=25022"},"modified":"2016-05-02T11:55:33","modified_gmt":"2016-05-02T11:55:33","slug":"marketing-is-dead-de-quelques-fossoyeurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/consumerinsight.eu\/marketingisdead\/marketing-is-dead-de-quelques-fossoyeurs\/","title":{"rendered":"Marketing is dead : de quelques fossoyeurs \u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La marketing aurait de beaux jours devant lui \u2013 ils n\u2019aurait m\u00eame jamais connu tant d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s de se d\u00e9velopper \u2013 sans quelques profiteurs qui pour am\u00e9liorer leurs b\u00e9n\u00e9fices ou leur aura, abusent et abusent encore de la patience des consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Au premier rang desquels, ceux qui \u00e9dictent de lois\u00a0: les hommes politiques\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Vous connaissez <em>\u00ab\u00a0Jean-Michel FOURGOUS, Co-fondateur de \u00ab\u00a0G\u00e9n\u00e9ration entreprise\u00a0\u00bb (avec Olivier DASSAULT &#8211; 150 parlementaires), Maire d&rsquo;Elancourt, Vice-pr\u00e9sident de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, Conseiller d\u00e9partemental des Yvelines, Chef d&rsquo;entreprise\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> \u2026 ? \u00e7a, c\u2019est de la carte de visite.<\/p>\n<p>Sauf que le cher Jean-Michel, s\u2019il y a bien des lois dont il se moque, ce sont celles prot\u00e9geant les citoyens contre les mails abusifs\u00a0; et une institution dont il se moque encore plus, c\u2019est la CNIL.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9but 2016, je re\u00e7ois un courriel expliquant <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ch\u00f4mage historiquement \u00e9lev\u00e9, croissance nulle, fuite sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent des talents &#8230; Dans cette vid\u00e9o sans langue de bois, je reviens sur les \u00e9checs \u00e9conomiques de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2015 et formule des propositions concr\u00e8tes pour redresser notre \u00e9conomie et relever la France<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: si ce n\u2019est pas du vulgaire racolage politique\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Je lui demande aussit\u00f4t le num\u00e9ro de d\u00e9claration du fichier utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 la CNIL\u00a0: pas de r\u00e9ponse\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Petite relance\u00a0: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Je vous ai envoy\u00e9 ce mail rest\u00e9 sans r\u00e9ponse. Il est inadmissible que les hommes politiques ne montrent pas l\u2019exemple. Sans r\u00e9ponse par retour, je sollicite la CNIL pour une plainte\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 et r\u00e9ponse\u00a0: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il doit donc s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;une erreur technique, et nous vous prions de nous en excuser une nouvelle fois\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.
