Jackson, et qui prit le nom d\u2019Ecole de Palo Alto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Ce dernier, notamment sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les th\u00e9rapies familiales, s\u2019est aper\u00e7u que lorsque l\u2019on r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 gu\u00e9rir un membre d\u2019une famille, presque aussit\u00f4t, un autre membre d\u00e9veloppe sa propre maladie&nbsp;: si l\u2019on permet par exemple \u00e0 un enfant de surmonter une pathologie qui le met en position d\u2019inf\u00e9riorit\u00e9 par rapport au reste de la famille, le p\u00e8re ou la m\u00e8re pourront devenir d\u00e9pressif pour avoir perdu l\u2019exutoire \u00e0 leur agressivit\u00e9 courante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Une famille constitue un cercle (les gens de Palo Alto utilisent le terme de syst\u00e8me) homog\u00e8ne, r\u00e9gi par des r\u00e8gles (ou principes) pr\u00e9cis comme celui d&rsquo;hom\u00e9ostasie&nbsp;: la pathologie de l\u2019un compense la pathologie d\u2019un autre \u2013 et si l\u2019on gu\u00e9rit l\u2019un sans se soucier des autres, le syst\u00e8me risque d\u2019exploser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Un mari domin\u00e9 par son \u00e9pouse serait-il condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9finitivement subir cet \u00e9tat d\u2019inf\u00e9riorit\u00e9 \u2013 du moins, s\u2019il tient \u00e0 ce que son mariage perdure&nbsp;: car si le principe d&rsquo;hom\u00e9ostasie&nbsp;est remis en cause, c\u2019est ipso facto le divorce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Heureusement, nous ne vivons pas dans des cercles herm\u00e9tiques&nbsp;: nous participons tous de plusieurs syst\u00e8mes ouverts (n\u00e9cessairement ouverts puisque nous pouvons circuler de l\u2019un \u00e0 l\u2019autre)&nbsp;; nous avons nos amis, notre travail \u2026 et notre mari soumis pourra trouver sa revanche dans l\u2019encadrement de ses collaborateurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Difficile de r\u00e9sumer en quelques lignes la richesse des travaux des chercheurs de Palo Alto&nbsp;; mais nous pouvons en retenir&nbsp;:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Que nous \u00e9voluons tous au sein de diverses sph\u00e8res&nbsp;;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Que chacune de ces sph\u00e8res ob\u00e9it \u00e0 ses propres r\u00e8gles&nbsp;;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Que de pouvoir passer tr\u00e8s ais\u00e9ment d\u2019une sph\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019autre nous permet de supporter celles trop contraignante de l\u2019une en menant une existence diff\u00e9rente dans une autre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Bien \u00e9videmment, si les collaborateurs d\u2019un chef de service autoritaire d\u00e9couvre que c\u2019est sa femme qui \u00ab&nbsp;porte la culotte&nbsp;\u00bb, son autorit\u00e9 risque de s\u2019en trouver irr\u00e9m\u00e9diablement sap\u00e9e&nbsp;: il est n\u00e9cessaire, pour l\u2019\u00e9quilibre et la survie de chacun des syst\u00e8mes o\u00f9 nous \u00e9voluons, que peu de choses ne fuitent de l\u2019un \u00e0 l\u2019autre \u2013 ou du moins pas plus que nous ne souhaitons, sinon, c\u2019est le risque d\u2019explosion en cha\u00eene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Nous avons notamment besoin d\u2019une sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e suffisamment riche pour contrebalancer les n\u00e9cessaires d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments de notre sph\u00e8re professionnelle \u2013 et vice versa, d\u2019ailleurs&nbsp;: si les fronti\u00e8res entre les diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes au sein desquels nous vivons deviennent trop poreuses, nous n\u2019auront plus de lieux pour \u00e9vacuer les constantes pressions que nous subissons \u2013 et<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\"> simplement respirer&nbsp;!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\"><em>\u00e0 suivre &#8230;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Suite de la note parue le 16 octobre.
