Bonne nouvelle&nbsp;?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Pas vraiment&nbsp;!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Beaucoup diagnostiquent comme un retour de tendance&nbsp;: pendant les Trente Glorieuses, la<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\"> croissance a profit\u00e9 \u00e0 tous, y compris aux ouvriers et aux employ\u00e9s \u2013 en d\u2019autres termes, la France s\u2019enrichissait pour le plus grand bien \u2026 de tous&nbsp;!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est au tour des BRICS de s\u2019enrichir \u2026 et \u00e0 nous de souffrir&nbsp;: croissance atone et \u00e9largissement de la fracture sociale \u2013 pardon, du gouffre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Sauf que \u00e7a ne marche pas comme \u00e7a&nbsp;: la 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> citation, je la tire du \u2026 <em>Sunday Time<\/em>, \u00e9dition de Jaipur&nbsp;! En 2012, les riches urbains gagnaient en Inde 15 fois plus que les pauvres, avec une forte tendance \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des disparit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Erreur de diagnostic&nbsp;: la confiscation des richesses par les plus ais\u00e9s n\u2019est pas une fatalit\u00e9 end\u00e9mique de pays vieillissants comme le n\u00f4tre&nbsp;; c\u2019est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 mondiale, qui frappe aussi les \u00e9conomies en pleine croissance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Les BRICS ne vivent pas leur Trente Glorieuses&nbsp;: elles vivent autre-chose, une p\u00e9riode de croissance ininterrompue (comme la France de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-guerre), mais qui ne profite pas \u00e0 tous.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Cons\u00e9quence la mondialisation \u2013 ou plut\u00f4t d\u2019une certaine mondialisation o\u00f9 la concurrence exacerb\u00e9e se fait aux d\u00e9pens des plus pauvres&nbsp;? Certainement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Mais la question est&nbsp;: jusqu\u2019o\u00f9 est-ce tenable&nbsp;? Pas \u00e9ternellement&nbsp;!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">En Inde, les ultra-pauvres n\u2019ont pas vraiment acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019information&nbsp;: \u00e0 Calcutta, pas vraiment de prises dans les caniveaux pour brancher un hypoth\u00e9tique t\u00e9l\u00e9viseur et se <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">gaver des s\u00e9ries dansantes de Bollywood&nbsp;!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/marketingisdead.blogspirit.com\/media\/02\/01\/1043171440.JPG\" target=\"_blank\"><img id=\"media-754103\" style=\"margin: 0.7em 0;\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/marketingisdead.blogspirit.com\/media\/02\/01\/2765262994.JPG?w=1060\" alt=\"Calcutta.JPG\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">A Delhi, c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 diff\u00e9rent&nbsp;: Rajeev Chowk, les Champs Elys\u00e9es locaux, se situent \u00e0 quelques centaines de m\u00e8tres de la gare de New Dehli, qui s\u00e9pare la vieille ville de la nouvelle&nbsp;; ce sont deux mondes qui se regardent plus ou moins douloureusement (tout d\u00e9pend de quel c\u00f4t\u00e9 on se situe).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Et les ouvriers qui construisent le nouveau m\u00e9tro (et vivent dans des baraquements plus moins salubres) voient passer les limousines qui p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans les jardins de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Imp\u00e9rial&nbsp;!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">Et en France&nbsp;? En Espagne&nbsp;?
